"Damn" Trina Sorry guys for the lack of updates. I didn't realize it had been six days since my last update. To be honest though I didn't feel there was nothing worth really blogging about. But now there are a few new stories circulating that I can report on. So here goes.. Trina has been making the rounds in New York to promote her new single; "Damn" featuring Tory Lanez. In one interview, Trina revealed that her ass is insured and has been for several years. She revealed that Lil' Wayne, 2 Chainz, Plies, Lil' Boosie, Kelly Price, and K. Michelle will be featured on her upcoming album due in April.  Chrisette Michele is said to be secretly performing at Donald Trump's inauguration and people are very upset. There has been a list of singers asked to perform and reportedly turning down the invitation. Young Thug is fuming after Plies used an image of his child for a meme online. Young Thug has insisted that Plies take the image down or else! How do we feel about that? Should children be off limits anyway? Plies has become more of an internet sensation these days than a recording artist. I believe he just put out a song or a mixtape a little while ago but I don't think anyone cared. I know I didn't. Did you? And the stars came out last night for Givenchy fashion show. In attendance were Ciara, Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, and many others. Meanwhile it looks like The Game may of deleted his Instagram page? I mean what else is new? Who knew people were still this crazy about Plies? Well obviously there are some people who are. I know Plies does have a nice following on his Instagram so I suppose he's not exactly irrelevant. So yesterday footage of Plies being taken down by a fan was released and you can watch the shocking video above. What I don't understand is how security ain't jump in faster. Like you usually when an artist is performing on stage, whether their moving around or not, security typically takes care of anyone who bumrushes the stage especially if its unwarranted. The guy who took Plies down later issued a video, complete with a bloody nose and broken fingers saying he was a fan of Plies. Clearly he is a fan judging by how close he was. As far as my security is concerned I would of fired all their asses. He shouldn't of been that close and then to get pulled off the stage is even worse. CLAP BACK SEASON: Remember Plies y'all? Well he was on social media earlier and said that if you tell a woman's business in public, you a fuck nigga! Those were his words and thoughts in response to Chris Brown's breakup. To which Chris replied that if people don't listen to your music no anymore your dead. Ouch! Eve is poised to release her long awaited album; "Lip Lock" sometime next year. It's been nine years since Eve's last album; 2002's "Eve-o-lution". Remember that? Time sure does fly by. Eve describes this album as a return to form primarily to her earlier beginnings as far as lyrics. The beats are more universal and otherworldly which describes where she is currently in her life. A few songs have leaked over the last few months so we will see if any of those songs make the final cut. Most notably the song; "Make Up Sex" featured will.i.am was a song that leaked out and one that I really liked. Plies has just released his new single; "Just(The Tip)" featuring Jeremih & Ludacris. Through his twitter account the self-proclaimed "goon" will release his fifth album; "Purple Heart" later this year. No exact release date has been announced just yet. Jadakiss will release a new mixtape; "I Love You" on May 24. The mixtape is said to be a dedication of his legion of fans. Apparently there have been songs that have leaked out previously and those won't be featured on the mixtape; whatever those songs are because I'm not sure. I thoroughly enjoyed Jadakiss' "The Champ Is Here 3" mixtape. I'm not sure if that was his last one but I don't get into mixtapes heavy but that is definitely one of my favorites. The pop diva recently shot the packaging for her new Christmas album with famed photographer David LaChapelle.
