Hey guys! I'll tell you now, this is a lengthier post so I'm warning you now. So yesterday Nicki Minaj appeared on "Ellen" and she brought up Nicki's rumored new boo, Nas. While Nicki played somewhat coy, she did admit to having "sleepovers" with Nas. She also says that she's "celibate" but may make an exception for Nas. I bet she will in fact I think any woman(or man) that is celibate will make an exception for Nas. I still can't get over how people keep saying that "SHether" has been removed from iTunes(Apple Music) when I periodically check and I see it there. Nas is collecting those coins. I'm guessing Nicki doesn't feel a ways about that considering she's just rubbing in the fact that's she's "dating" Nas. Remy's not worried though. She's been married for several years. The Billboard Awards are going on as I type this. With that being said, I will give a brief recap of what has occurred so far. The award show, hosted by Ciara and Ludacris opened with a performance from Britney Spears. She performed a medley of her hits including "Toxic" and "I'm a Slave 4 U". The Weeknd won for Hot 100 Artist. Wiz Khalifa won for his "Furious 7" song, can't remember the name of it. Fifth Harmony performed, "Work From Home". Meghan Trainor performed, "No". Oh yeah, Justin Beiber also performed. :( Nick Jonas performed and Shawn Mendes. Presenters included DJ Khaled, Kelly Rowland, Keke Palmer, Heidi Klum, Michael Strahan, etc. At this point I'm pretty much just waiting on the Prince tribute. More Beyoncé news: Tonight is the opening night of the Formation tour in Miami. Opener DJ Khaled brought out Future, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, and more. Jay Z was also seen backstage. Are you going to see Beyoncé this go round? And as far as the ongoing rumors of who the "Becky" is in question on Beyoncé's song, her father Mathew Knowles knows all! He said Beyoncé is referring to him and not Jay Z. Oddly enough some people did consider Beyoncé might of been referring to her father in some aspects but I think she is referring to Jay in some songs too. Things that make you go hmmm! The big news today is that FOX has cancelled "American Idol" after 15 seasons. The show will air its finale on May 2016. Many were surprised by this news only because the cancellation of "American Idol" has been long overdue. Speaking of FOX, they had their Upfront today which is when the network announces their new shows, returning shows, and the stars of the various shows. FOX's #1 new show "Empire" was of course the talk of the town as the cast showed up minus Terrance Howard. I wonder why he wasn't in attendance? Anyway Brandy and Jennifer Hudson joined the cast. And with that being said its been announced that NeYo, Lenny Kravitz, and Alicia Keys will guest star on the new season of the show. There have been other names tossed around as well but I guess we will see when the show premieres. I'm not sure when the new season starts but I do hope its before January. R. Kelly is back with yet another single It's On featuring DJ Khaled & Ace Hood from his upcoming album Black Panties . The album had been mentioned previously but I just figured R. Kelly opted to release his Write Me Back album which he is still releasing. So that means two separate R. Kelly albums this year. No word yet on when to expect Black Panties .

There was such a huge liking for Jazmine Sullivan's debut album, "Fearless" but I never really got into it. I did like the singles though. The album as a whole though didn't do it for me.
