I can't even remember how their feud originated. K. After the smoke was clear Toni went back in the studio and released her last album on LaFace Records in The Heat released in 2000. JoJo is suing her record label Blackground Records and its parent company Da Family. She is suing for failure to release her album over the course of seven years. It's been no secret that JoJo known for her hit song Get Out(Leave) has been feuding with her label for years. While fans have waited for an album release JoJo has released free tracks or mixtapes to compensate fans. The singer wishes to be relieved of her extended contract and move to a new label. JoJo is a very talented girl so hopefully she will bounce back from all the label drama that she has endured for the last seven years. Sad!

Though "Excuse Me" has been getting radio play for awhile; the song is officially going for adds on April 25. The song is the third single to be released from the album; "Love Me Back". The sales to the album have been somewhat underwhelming compared to her debut album; "Fearless" and Jazmine has been missing in action. If you recall earlier there was a statement released by Jazmine which detailed her decision to give the music business a break. JoJo is returning to the music scene with new album; "Jumping Trains". The album's first single will be "The Other Woman". The video was just shot this past week and should be premiering in the near future. No word on when the album will be released. It's been awhile since we've all heard a Justin Timberlake, 2006 to be exact...well I think. In the past he has kept his coveted fans abuzz with movie roles and guest features. When asked about his impending music career; Justin never revealed much but he is finally returning to the studio this summer. I heard that Beyonce is supposed to star in a remake of the 1992 movie; "The Bodyguard" which originally starred Whitney Houston. Oddly enough the movie was originally meant for Diana Ross but never got off the ground til years later with Whitney. It's just like one diva after another. Anyway I also hear Beyonce is supposed to star in a remake of "A Star Is Born" which originally featured Barbra Streisand. In addition to all this Beyonce's new album is supposed to be come out sometime this year. Many people have been waiting for new music from JoJo and now she delivers with a new mixtape, "Cant Take That Away From Me" which will be released tomorrow on iTunes. The mixtape contains the first single, "In The Dark" which leaked out awhile back. I haven't heard the song. I like JoJo and all but I never really been big on mixtapes though. Beyonce strikes quite an alluring pose for the cover of L.A. Confidential. I feel like I have seen this picture and this pose before. Could it have been from another photo shoot? Either way I do like the cover and Beyonce is looking very hot! I can't say I'm familiar with the magazine at all though. There are tons of magazines in circulation so there's no surprise there as to me not having heard of the magazine.
