So the Billboard Music Awards were revealed today and Rihanna and Drake lead with the most nominations. No surprise there. Drake scored 22 nominations and Rihanna has 14 nominations. The Billboard Music Awards air in May. Will you be watching? In other news, Mariah Carey has broken up with her boy toy back up dancer. Did we see that lasting long? I didn't! It turns out that the boy toy was jealous of Mariah according to reports. He probably didn't like the fact that Mariah is still cool with her ex-husband Nick Cannon. I personally think Mariah needs an older mature gentleman but obviously not James Packer but hey what do I know? Mariah is also forging ahead with new music. She recently inked an imprint with Epic Records called Butterfly MC Records. She is slated to drop a new album sometime this year. I think she should hold off on the live performances in the meantime. But she will tour in Caesar's Palace again this Summer and she is still set to tour with Lionel Richie...

Dammn baby. The name of Janet Jackson's unborn child is said to named after her late brother, the legendary Michael Jackson. As for Janet's due date, its rumored to be sometime this month. If the recent pics of her is any indication on how far along she is, I would say November sounds about right. Did you all see the wacky interview Lil' Wayne did when he was asked about Black Lives Matter? Well no I didn't see it either. I just read excerpts from the interview. But the comments Lil' Wayne made offended a lot of people and now he is apologizing. Rember Tinashe? She had the hit single, "2 On" a few years ago. Trina represents for sluts. Trina was one of the many celebrities that joined Amber Rose and her "Slut Walk" event. Other celebrities in attendance included Blac Chyna, Ariane(show: "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta), and Perez Hilton. Trina performed a bevy of hits including, "Fuck Boy", "B R Right" and "Look Back At It". Trina also performed later that night at Thirst, a club in L.A. Lyfe, who was recently seen on "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" actually hails from my hometown and did a bid in jail some years back. The Game was on "Wendy" today and he opened up about the lyrics in a song he released a few months ago. In the song, he bragged about sleeping with three Kardashians so you know Wendy asked him who the three were. Trina gets bad In a surprising turn of events, French Montana brought out his rumored ex-girlfriend, Trina during the Miami leg of the Bad Boy reunion tour. Trina performed her underground hit song, "Fuck Boy" which many have speculated is about French Montana. French pranced around the stage with a towel on his head as Trina rapped to the backing trap, barely keeping up with it. I heard Lil' Kim also had a similar problem. Anyway, Trina also did her hit song, "Nann Nigga" sans Trick Daddy but brought the house down regardless. So, like many people I was surprised to see Trina onstage with French Montana but I guess its safe to say the two have buried whatever beef they had in the past. Good for them! Janet's baby fat Janet Jackson is reportedly "in hiding" since ballooning up to 250lbs while pregnant with her second first child. The singer is said to have put on 100lbs and has been ordered to bed rest. The 50 year old singer is already at high risk for being pregnant much later in life. What I don't understand is the headlines that say Janet is "in hiding" because Janet is pretty reclusive anyway. She might make the occasional appearance with her husband at a fashion show but Janet is not in the spotlight much anyway. Hopefully Janet and her baby will be alright. Nothing has been confirmed by Janet herself regarding her pregnancy since she's made the announcement to cancel her tour. She does post the occasional message to her social media sites saying "she misses the fans" and what not and I think that's cute. Kenya's story line will be a focal point for season 9 of "RHOA" I'm a huge fan of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and with season 9 approaching and no shortage of news when it comes to the show's stars, I figured I'd do a rundown of what we can expect in the new season. Porsha Williams of "RHOA"(Real Housewives of Atlanta) was rushed to the hospital earlier today after she had trouble breathing. The reality TV star was out shopping when she collapsed. She is still under hospital care but is said to be doing "fine". I do hope she is "fine" but I tell you this, its always something going on with these ladies of ATL. I hate to say this but sometimes or a lot of the times I wonder about validity of some of the stories that circulate about these women. Rihanna and Drake are not only collaborators but also they have tied for most successful albums of the year so far. Their perspective albums, "ANTI" and "Views" have both been certified double Platinum for sales and streams totaling 2 million. Congrats to both! In other music news, Chaka Khan and her sister have both checked into rehab for addiction to prescription pain medication. Sources say Chaka was touched by friend Princes' death and his addiction to pain medication that she prompted to get clean. Good luck Chaka! You are in our prayers! Tito Jackson, Janet Jackson's brother appeared on "Wendy" earlier in the week to reveal he found out Janet was pregnant like everyone else did. He did say he called her to confirm the news and she said "yes I'm pregnant". Wendy tried to clarify exactly what he meant by "pregnant" meaning was a child in her stomach or was she using a surrogate. Tito revealed that she will have a baby and that's that. In other music news, T.I. & Tiny's daughter Zonnique was arrested at an airport for trying to get a gun through security. Say what? Mariah Carey has finally responded to a shady comment she made many eons ago in response to Jennifer Lopez. When asked if she knew Jennifer Lopez, Mariah responded with "I don't know her!" and Mariah said she never said it to be intentionally funny but fans ran with it and it fueled the feud between her and Lopez. What do you think? I so remember the video and interview and it was very shady and very funny. It's actually one of my favorite Mariah Carey moments. Last night the controversial and outspoken rapper spoke out about the beef between Miley Cyrus and Nicki Minaj citing that both were "basic" as well as Taylor Swift. She also went on to say that they all made "basic" music. Do you agree or disagree? I would definitely say Miley Cyrus is nothing special. Everything she does or says is for shock value. Chris Brown's ex, Karrueche Tran has come out and denied reports that Chris Brown had her car repossessed. The story goes Brown bought Tran a new car in order to get back in her good graces. Why?
