Happy Birthday to Jay Z! The rapper turns 46 today! Also Happy Birthday and R.I.P. to Pimp C. Happy Belated Birthday to Trina, who celebrated her birthday yesterday along with Monica, Rico Love, and Missy at Monica's "Code Red" tour. Speaking of Monica, she will release her new album on December 18 as will Chris Brown. Rick Ross released his new album today, "Black Market" and Jeremih "Late Nights". There's certainly an overabundance of new music out. I think out of all the new music I'm interested in Erykah Badu, Jeremih, and Rick Ross. Who are you listening to or who are you still anticipating as we close out the year? And "The Wiz" premiered last night to big ratings. 11 million viewers tuned in to the live broadcast on NBC. Sorry for the lack of updates! So here's some quick news for you all. Trina will release her new album tentatively titled, "6" this December. She just dropped a remix to Drake's hit single, "Hotline Bling" and I like it. Personally Trina is one of my favorites so I'm looking forward to her album that was produced by Rico Love. Bobby Brown will release his memoir,"My Prerogative" in June 2016. Lindsay Lohan says she will run for President in 2020 much like Kanye West. She must still be cracked out because that sounds like a joke, much like Donald Trump running for President. Like I see that Trump has a lot of votes right now but will people ultimately vote for him, that remains to be seen. But my vote is for Hilary Clinton! And with that being said, I'll try not to hold out too long before the next update! Thanks for reading! :)

Trina is back with the video to her single, "Real One" featuring Rico Love. Trina premiered the single last night on VH1's "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" After Party show. She also revealed that her new album will be available in December. Dang! Why so far away though? It had also been revealed that Rico Love(producer: Usher - "Love In This Club") was executive producing the album which Trina confirmed. Being that I know Rico Love for his R&B production, is it safe to say that Trina's new album will be R&B-themed? I guess we shall wait and see.

Any news is good news. Greetings on this warm Sunday evening as I write to you all. If you all are unfamiliar with producer Rico Love, he is a producer who has worked with the likes of Ashanti and Usher. He has a hit single on radio right now titled They Don't Know and his new single is titled (Bitches) Be Like . Well apparently there has been a beef brewing between singer/producer Rico Love and Wale for awhile. I just never took time to publicly write about it as I didn't think it was that big to begin with. Well apparently things just took a turn for the worse. Wale's assistant Miss Rici went on Twitter and dragged Rico Love calling him 'down low'. It all started because singer Tiara Thomas, who was featured on Wale's Bad song jumped ship and signed to Rico Love's label, Division 1. Apparently Tiara was supposed to sign with Wale's Folarin' label and that was where the drama began. Now everyone is dragging everyone's name through the mud...

Any news is good news. Greetings on this rainy Thursday night, here in Ohio anyway! I was reading that Keyshia Cole has titled her new album, her sixth, Point Of No Return . The announcement comes on the heels of Keyshia recently sounding off on the radio show host in Atlanta. One of the radio hosts asked Keyshia was she "wifey" material and that set her off. After the meltdown, Keyshia said it would be awhile before she does another radio interview. I can't say I blame her. Sometimes radio show hosts are just plain rude! While I'm on the subject of new albums, Usher is in the studio with Rico Love. Rico Love is behind many hits from Usher including Love In This Club . There's no word on when we can expect a new Usher album but maybe later this year.  

Music news alert! Justin Timberlake just announced his joint tour with Jay-Z. To add to that he will be appearing on SNL on March 9. His new album The 20/20 Experience will be released on March 19. Speaking of new albums producer Rico Love(worked with Brandy) will be working on the new Monica album. The producer recently made the announcement on the radio. It will be the follow up to her 2012 album New Life.

Teairra Mari hasn't let her sour record deal with Warner or her recent drunk driving arrest deter her music career. She is still popping out video after video and her latest is no exception. Now let's see if Teairra can actually produce an album and by that I mean; actually release one. I do like this song by the way too even though the sample is a bit tired.

Rico Love is a hit making producer whose produced a string of hits over the years. The producer was born in Milwaukee and briefly lived in Tallahassee, Atlanta, and New Orleans. He started out as a rapper before joining Usher on tour to eventually writing for him among others.
