I can't believe this is about to be Wyclef's ninth album. I never followed his solo career like that but that's quite a bit. Given how long The Fugees have been broken up; it makes sense. Still most artists with nine albums would usually span decades given the snail pace of time between albums. Speaking with MTV News, the former Fugee explained that his ninth solo release will be mostly upbeat and that it’ll have listeners feeling good. “The album is going to be called Feel Good Music and I'm just taking my time," he said. By now you've heard the story and if not; you must have been hiding under a rock. Chris Brown appeared on "Good Morning America" yesterday and lashed out afterward after being asked about Rihanna. The singer shattered a glass and caused other destruction throughout the green room of the ABC studios. I hear security was called and worse of all; police were called and Brown was arrested. Sad! Just when people were buying back into the brand of Chris Brown; this happens. This goes to show he still has some work to do but the Rihanna incident is so old now anyway. Trina finally releases the video for her 'Million Dollar Girl' video featuring Diddy & Keri Hilson. I'm liking the video and Trina looks very nice. Keri's wig is a horrid mess and I noticed they changed a lyric in the third verse where Trina originally says "glass of chardonnay" and now she says "glass of Nuvo". I wonder why the lyric change? Hello all! Recently I've been surprised at the alarming rate of foreclosures in the R&B community. First I read about Fantasia having her house foreclosed then T-Boz of TLC, and Wyclef Jean. It just makes you think like what were they doing with their money. I feel like a lot of black celebrities buy all these cars. They show them off on MTV's Cribs and it's definitely a nice feature but come on. I can understand two or three cars but it gets ridiculous. After stalling with his new album, "Here I Stand" Usher has rehired his mother after letting her go. While "Love In This Club" was a #1 single, follow up single, "Moving Mountains" failed at radio. Usher's new single, "What's Your Name" impacts soon. Usher's album is pretty much platinum now if it hasn't reached it yet.
