Foxy Brown reportedly showed up to a Philly nightclub and didn't perform and upset patrons. Based on what I've read, the nightclub kept playing Lil' Kim songs prior to her getting on stage. After that it was reported that Foxy stayed in the corner before being booed by patrons who chanted "Remy Ma" as she exited the building. I didn't see a flyer or anything prior to Foxy's "gig" cause usually if she's performing a flyer would of made some of her Instagram fan sites but I don't recall seeing one. Expect Foxy to speak out soon on this matter via her Instagram page that I'm blocked on. 50 Cent is getting his own late night talk show on BET. The show is titled, "50 Central" and I'm not sure what the show will consist of but if anything we can expect plenty of jabs thrown at Diddy and Rick Ross. So Janet Jackson's friend has come out defending the singer after social media had a field day insinuating that Janet divorced her husband for a huge payout. According to reports, Janet would receive a huge payout if she stayed married for 5 years to the tune of $500 million dollars. Janet's friend attests that Janet is not looking for a huge payout and that she was in fact married for only 4 years, not 5 as its been widely reported. Meanwhile Janet has posted a picture of her newborn baby days ago and the Internet went wild. The baby is very cute and takes after his father. In other music news, there was footage of 50 Cent punching a woman at a concert and then later on bringing the women on stage to twerk. Now the woman is pursuing a lawsuit and I saw this coming. Trina surprises fans. Today is Trina's birthday and she gifted her fans with a new project titled, "Dynasty 6". The project contains 7 songs and was released through Trina's own imprint, Rockstarr Music Group. The project is available on all music streaming services. The two rappers were once rivals due to the fact that they released albums on the same day years ago. It was more of a friendly rival which benefited both artists at the time. Apparently Starz, the network is not too fond of Brown and feels that he has major "anger issues". 50, however is fighting to still have Chris play a drug dealer on the show.  Stevie J is said to be going to jail for non-payment of child support. Stevie's non-payment for child support was one of his many storylines for the last season of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta". Ex- wife girlfriend Joseline Hernandez pressured Stevie's baby mother, Mimi Faust to put Stevie on child support and she finally did. Stevie made a farewell bid on social media. One producer states that the new album is "more pop than rap" but to me that's not much of a surprise, though Nicki's albums have a fair mix of both genres. Drake was in Madison Square Garden last night as part of his Summer Sixteen tour. Not one to be outdone, Drake brought out Dipset minus Jim Jones(who felt a ways about it), J. Cole, Remy Ma, and Fat Joe among others. Drake also took time to throw more shots at Funk Flex at Hot 97 for all the slick talking he's been doing. So word on the street is that Ashanti is secretly dating The Game. I read a story last night on another online blog and I believe it. I remember this same blog posted a screenshot of Ashanti liking one of Game's infamous underwear selfie pics. If that's not enough Game was said to be overheard but not seen on Ashanti's Snapchat, the same was said about Game. Both artists were visiting a club in L.A. Ashanti has been spending a lot of time in L.A. as of recently. Her sister has a place there and she's doing a lot of business over there. Is there a possible G-Unit reunion in the works? According to one of the famed DJ's associated with the group, The Game and 50 Cent may be reuniting. The two have been beefing over the years. Let's see how true this is. I feel The Game has been wanting to bury the hatchet for quite some time but 50 wants to keep the beef alive or he was simply not ready to forgive The Game for whatever reason. In other music news, Tamar Braxton may or may not have revealed that her big sis, Toni Braxton is dating Birdman. So all the stories featured today have to do with tours, funny enough. Mariah is difficult to work with!? No surprise there. Madonna is showing out on her tour as well and 50 Cent had a special guest at his recent tour. So word on the street is that Mariah Carey is becoming increasingly difficult to work with. Mariah is currently shooting a docu series for E! which will document the singer as she prepares for her tour. Mariah wants to have control of how everything is edited, which as far as I know is pretty hard to do when it comes to "reality" shows. The production company behind the show is also responsible for "Keeping Up With Kardashians". Mariah is currently overseas on her "Sweet Sweet Fantasy" tour. Trina was involved in a scuffle last night that turned physical. According to TMZ, Trina and friends were leaving a performance when two of her friends got into a fight. Queen Latiah, Viola Davis, Idris Elba, and Uzo from "Orange Is The New Black" were winners last night at the SAG Awards. SAG stands for Screen Actors Guild. Elba won two awards last night while Latifah won for her portrayal of Bessie Smith in the HBO movie, "Bessie". Congratulations to all the winners! A lot going on in the music world, which is good I guess, since it gives me news to report and comment on. First up, is the beef between 50 Cent and Meek Mill. If Meek thought he couldn't keep up with Drake, 50 Cent is in a totally different category. It all started when Meek threw a dis at 50 Cent on his new EP. In typical 50 Cent fashion, he responded with a slew of insults on Instagram. He clowned Meek for his career being over to him simply needing to get Nicki(Minaj) pregnant so he can collect child support. Azealia Banks may be headed to jail after surveillance video shows that outspoken rapper fighting a security guard. More details as they become available. And Young Thug is beefing with Future's producer MetroBoomin. Metro claims that many people are jocking Future's style and Young Thug took offense and took to Twitter. 50 Cent was on the receiving end of some hot gossip courtesy of ex-girlfriend, actress Vivica A. Fox. When asked what she thought about 50 Cent saying "Empire" was facing a ratings decline because of its gay storylines, she insinuated that 50 Cent was gay by calling him a "booty snatcher". "Empire" saw its ratings decline with its second episode and 50 Cent had something to say about it. He feels the gay story line is too much for some people and its turning people off. Many agreed with these statements as well as their being numerous guests each week. Guest appearances aside, I don't think there is nothing wrong with them but I do think right now a lot of the story lines are all over the place. Now that Lucious is out jail now maybe things will fall back into place. As far as the gay story lines, one of the main characters in the show is gay so what do you expect. Second, the creator of "Empire" is gay so you don't think he would represent gay characters in some capacity? GTFOH! 50 Cent has been ordered to pay $5 million dollars to Rick Ross' baby mother for leaking her sex tape. Do you recall the story? Funny thing is I never seen the sex tape, have you? Future has announced his new album, "Dirty Sprite 2" which will be released on July 17 through Epic Records. It is the follow up to "Honest" released last year. The album's first single, "Blow A Bag" is now available on iTunes. Drake is featured on the new album. After loving Future's "Beast Mode" mixtape hardcore I'm looking forward to this.   

Hey y'all! So I was reading that 50 Cent is threatening to sue Rick Ross. Why? Because 50 Cent leaked out his baby mama's sex tape awhile back. Have you seen it? The move caused Ross' baby mama emotional distress and worse, suicide. Now 50 Cent wants to sue Rick Ross if he loses the case citing that he wouldn't had possession of the tape if it weren't for Rick Ross. I don't know the rest of this story and frankly I'm not sure if you want to either. 50 is too messy for words! Let your Memorial Day weekend begin people! Mine began yesterday. MUSIC BITS: BET held its annual "Black Girls Rock" show and it brought out such stars as Ciara, Tracee Ellis Ross("black-ish"), Faith Evans, Fantasia, Lalah Hatahway, Janelle Monae, and many more. The telecast will air in April on BET. The show recognizes black women in all industries who are are positive role models etc.  Destiny's Child reunited this weekend for the Stellar Awards.
