Remember last year when Danity Kane announced they were reuniting? All five fans rejoiced when the now trio released their hit single Lemonade featuring Tyga. Shortly after the release of Lemonade , Danity Kane had some inner group squabbles which resulted in a fight between Dawn Richard and Aubrey O'Day in a recording studio. Danity Kane later released their DK3 (I think that's the name of it) album to little fanfare. If that wasn't enough original member Aundrea previously reunited with the group but for some reason dropped out. I'm not really sure why but I remember people saying she couldn't keep up with the footwork on tour and she was probably tired of all the arguing going on within the group again. And just two months ago Jodeci reunited after 20 said years to perform a bevy of their hits on the Soul Train Awar ds. Everything is never as perfect as it seems. We've learned that over the years when it comes to not only music but even going as far as the stars on TV. While some good things eventually come to an end as we see in most groups; before that groups try to go the distance by replacing members. Whether it be a fall out; group dispute; or personal decision, some groups have stood the test of time for as long as they could. They are back! Dru Hill who debuted on the scene over 10 years ago returns with their latest single/video and upcoming album, 'Indrupendence Day' which will be in stores soon. The new Dru Hill album and reality show have been in the works for a few years actually. Over the years Sisqo had a solo career and starred in a couple of other reality shows. The other member attempted to jump start solo careers or work behind the scenes. Now the group is back together and you can read below about that as well as Beyonce's performance and a sex tape from a Day 26 member! A reunited Dru Hill is one step closer to releasing a new album. According to Billboard, the group has signed a deal with Kedar Entertainment, where they plan to release the anticipated album "InDRUpendence Day" April 13. Joining Joe, Chico DeBarge, Ginuwine and Algebra at Kedar Entertainment, Dru Hill will kick things off with the album's lead single "Love M.D." As previously reported, Dru Hill is also moving forward with plans to air a reality series titled "Sweat's Platinum House," with award-winning singer/producer Keith Sweat. Foxy Brown was riding high when she released, "Big Bad Mama" from the 1997 movie, "How To Be A Player" starring Bill Bellamy. Def Jam was responsible for a lot of soundtracks during the late 90s and you could always count on Foxy to appear on them(as long as her relationship with Def Jam was straight).
