SHADY PALM TREE: The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore has clapped back at Tamar Braxton! Tamar appeared on Sunday's Watch What Happens Live episode which airs on Bravo. Tank was arrested for failing to obey an officer. The singer songwriter was pulled over after being spotted on his cell phone while driving which is illegal in California. I was just thinking about Fantasia and whether or not she'd get a third single. Well wait no more as its been unveiled that her single is the title track of her album released this past April. As much as I like Fantasia I just couldn't get into her newest album despite the online praise its received.

It's been a plethora of music news lately. I'll start things off with the condition of Usher's son who almost drowned in a pool at the singer's Atlanta home. Thankfully Usher's son was saved by two men working who performed CPR. Usher's son is currently in intensive care. The accident prompted Usher's ex Tameka Foster to file a court hearing over custody. I call this story "Another Day In The Life Of Usher". I say that because its always drama attached to Usher and his ex-wife. Unfortunately the last two years for Usher's kids haven't been good either. Last year's Usher's stepson Kile Glover died after being struck by a jet ski. When I think about "Another Day In The Life Of Usher" sounds like a good album title for the new Usher album which he is currently working on as well. Janelle Monae has revealed her new album The Electric Lady will be released on September 10. The album features the Erykah Badu assisted-single Q.U.E.E.N. and collaborations from R&B luminaries such as Miguel and Prince. Speaking of new albums...Mary J. Blige is back in the studio working on a new album. Originally the singer was working on a Christmas album(which I read was scrapped) in favor of a full length studio album. One duet we can all possibly look forward to is one with Rapture -singer Anita Baker. If you recall it was Anita Baker's Rapture song that got Mary her big break. I'm glad because while I wouldn't mind a Christmas album from Mary I'm actually more excited about a new album from her. Someone who was heavily influenced by both Mary and Anita is Fantasia. The singer who has released her new album a few months ago is finally set to release her new video the Kelly Rowland assisted-single Without Me . The video is set to premiere on July 1.

The news had been confirmed last month but Beyonce has been seen drinking wine and in a leotard so pregnant she must not be. I think people were really wanting Beyonce to be pregnant again. Why? I don't know. Speaking of pregnancies...its been revealed that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are having a baby girl. Kim is set to give birth in July. In other news... The rapper was taken the hospital last night where he was later released. He tweeted fans assuring them that he's "fine". Let's hope this is the last time this happens. Fantasia is celebrating! Her new album The Side Effects Of You debuts at #2 this week selling 91,000 copies. A lot of people have been raving about the new Fantasia album but personally I haven't been able to get into it.
