Do we think Jay and Bey will? Speaking of albums, Mary J. Blige is supposed to release her new album, "Strength of a Woman" this month and I hope its good. The two have been at odds for the last week or so and the most bizarre things have been happening since the tour tour. Mariah's got a new man Mariah Carey has not wasted time moving on from billionaire ex-boyfriend, James Packer. She is now dating one of her backup dancers. The two were seen getting cozy on a beach somewhere. There was a blind item report that I read awhile ago about an A-list singer caught with her dress down while sitting on her backup dancer's lap. When caught said singer tried to jump up quickly but couldn't because she was drunk! Sounds like Mariah to me!  Singer Jeremih has upset fans in Chicago when he abruptly left the stage during a concert after only performing 2 songs. Good morning! I'm sorry for the lack of updates but its because I've been really busy with work. When I'm not working, I'm either working out, hanging with friends, or trying to relax. DIDDY BOP: So a little more news on the Drake and Diddy debacle. It's being reported that Drake allegedly stole Diddy's song which was 0 to 100 made famous by Drake. There was a video posted online of Diddy on stage awhile back making claim to this and playing the 0 to 100 claiming it was originally his. So I guess all this pent up frustration was finally released when Diddy came face to face with Drake. Drake was said to have taken an L resulting in him falling to his back and dislocating his shoulder. Drake took to his social media account to speak on how his name is popping and how people are stealing things he does and says. Like really? BREAKUP TO MAKEUP: Another bites the dust. Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo have broken up. The two have been dating for three years. Amber Rose has responded to rumors that she cheated on Wiz Khalifa saying "that's not true" and "we should know her better than that". Should we? While I'm on the subject of breaking up, Danity Kane, who has publicly broken up a time or two is still going ahead with plans to release their third album(due October 28) aptly titled DK3 . It is unclear if Dawn Richard who exited the group will still appear on the song. The group recently released their new single Rhythm of Love . The group now consists of Shannon Bex and Audrey O'Day. Omarion and Jeremih team up for the sultry duet Show Me . I'm not sure where Show Me will end up or whose album it'll appear on. I'm guessing maybe Omarion's upcoming release since his named is billed on the single first. Just a few weeks ago Omarion became a father for the first time. Congrats! 

REALITY VIXEN: K. Michelle has landed her own spin off on VH1. The Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star will star in My Life which will premiere on November 3. The show had previously been titled No New Friends . "NOT" REALLY: Jeremih will release N.O.M.A.(Not On My Album) on August 4. The mixtape release will feature, you guessed it, songs that will not appear on his upcoming album Thumpy Johnson . The first release from the mixtape is She Know It . Meanwhile Don't Tell 'Em featuring YG is the first release from Jeremih's upcoming album.  

It was back in February when Keyshia Cole took to Twitter to express her disdain towards Michelle Williams during the Super Bowl Half Time performance. Beyonce was the headlining act and she brought out Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland for the Destiny's Child medley. Keyshia's words in regards to Michelle's performance sparked a lot of controversy and debate with fans and critics alike. Well I am happy to report that all has been resolved by the two women. Last week Michelle Williams spoke out and said she wanted to have a sit down, woman to woman with Keyshia Cole. Keyshia reached out via Twitter and apologized to Michelle for the comments she made. Jeremih has hired Diddy as his manager. The singer who is signed to Def Jam is working on his new album Thumpy Johnson due early next year. The album will feature appearances from Lil' Wayne, Busta Rhymes, French Montana, and of course Diddy. While I'm on the subject of new albums...Tamar Braxton will finally release her new album Love & War on September 3. The album features the title track and The One . The album will also include the songs Finally (about her husband) and Hot Sugar .

I figured there was already a video for this. I also figured it was one of the many videos I missed. Even though I am a blogger of a music blog; I don't catch every video. If you come here enough; you probably have noticed or you just figured "Hey, there's no video for this song!". Oddly enough me and some of my family were having a discussion about this song as my cousin had never heard it and I was telling her how much I liked it! This song also samples a Curtis Mayfield song. I can't tell you which one but I recognize this sample from Mary J. Blige's "My Life" album as well.

Well that was until the 50 Cent assisted; "Down On Me" was released and hit the Pop top 10. The song was his saving grace and he has 50 Cent to thank for that. I'm not a fan of the song per say but I know a lot of people who do like it. Simply put; Jeremih is a singles artists as all his singles do pretty good. I mean R&B is not selling like that anyway and Def Jam knows that. Personally I would keep him around cause he is still making the label money unlike artists who release singles and their not hits at all! Musiq has chosen "Yes" as the second single off his upcoming album, "MusiqInTheMagiq" in stores and online May 3.
