Lil' Kim teams up with Faith Faith Evans posted to her Instagram that she just did a collab with Lil' Kim for her "The King & I" album. Faith expressed her love for the track she did with Kim and Kim returned the love back via Instagram. The two have patched up their rivalry back sometime ago. It all started a few years ago when they were seen hugged up to more recently Faith introducing Lil' Kim during her VH1 Hip Honors ceremony. What do you think of Lil' Kim and Faith collaborating? Is it long overdue?  Cassie has signed to Epic Records. It's been reported that a new single is also on the way. I believe Bad Boy is under Sony Records so this would make perfect sense.  Rihanna and Drake are said to be an actual item now. Rihanna even got a shark tattoo commemorating Drake. Mariah's "Empire" Mariah Carey will be guest starring on the new season of "Empire" which premieres on September 21. Some pictures surfaced a day or so ago of Mariah in the studio with star, Jussie Smollet(Jamal) so I'm guessing Mariah is probably playing herself? Bey & Jay Lately it seems like there's been an influx of industry relationships that have gone awry in recent weeks. I'm here to break down all the drama. You ready? Mary J. Blige & Kendu Issacs - Mary J. Blige shocked everyone when it was announced that she was divorcing her husband/manager of 13 years. It's been pretty hush hush as to the extent of the divorce but Issacs was questioned about the divorce on social media. He kept his response light and very professional citing that he simply tried to love Mary and care for her etc. This certainly isn't the end that we will hear of this divorce. Mary has a new album in the works which was all set to go but now with this divorce looming, there's fresh material to draw from. Kelly is waiting on Frank So in the wee hours of this morning Frank Ocean dropped a visual album titled, "Endless" exclusively to Apple Music. The visual featured Frank in a workshop and played songs including Aaliyah's cover of "At Your Best(You Are Love)". Evidently this was not many people's first time hearing this song since it was released back in January but I don't even remember. Anyway it was definitely a highlight for me as far as the other songs. I didn't listen or watch the visual album all the way through. By this time it was like 3 a.m. and I figure I'd go to bed. "Endless" is just one of two projects Frank is supposed to release. Frank's long awaited and oft-delayed album, "Boys Don't Cry" is supposed to drop sometime this weekend. Sorry for the lack of updates people but let's get right into it. I read a few days ago that Lil' Kim was supposed to be apart of DC Gay Pride show. The show was to include Foxy Brown and Remy Ma but all on separate nights. Immediately Kim came out and denied that she was apart of the fracas. Days later the promoters released documents sent to Kim's people where she was all set to perform and received her $12,000 fee. Once Kim found out that Foxy Brown was set to perform as well, Kim backed out. She returned the money and wanted to forget all about the show so that's why she initially denied she had anything to do with it. The promoters assured Kim that Foxy would perform the day after she did but Kim wasn't buying it and opted out. I haven't seen or heard a word from Foxy regarding this matter; she blocked me on IG. Kanye West is not only making headlines for his music but also his tweets. The rapper claims he's $53 million dollars in debut and has called on Facebook's own Mark Zuckerberg(sp) to help bail him out. I don't really know what to say about this but I guess this goes to show no matter how much money you got, you still struggling just like everyone else in some capacity. Now I wouldn't think so in the capacity of money but then again I don't know these stars bank account. In other music news..whatever transpired a few months ago between Cassie and Diddy seem to be resolved. Cassie recently starting following Diddy on Instagram again which means the lovebirds are back on after a public fallout with allegations of cheating. Cassie has been busy overseas and making movies. Any news is good news.  Greetings! Apparently Cassie is fed up with the antics and badmouthing of blogger Sandra Rose. The petite singer took to Instagram to air out the famed blogger known for causing chaos among celebs. I don't personally visit Sanda Roses' blog but whatever she said about Cassie was nasty enough for Cassie to dignify her with a response. Well its finally being revealed that the formerly cancelled VH1 show Single Ladies has found a new home. BET sister network, Centric has picked up Single Ladies for a fourth season. This comes on the heels of the recent rumors that Single Ladies was heading to BET. Well turns out the rumor was true, sort of. Another rumor that had been flying around was regarding a spin off show for Kandi capturing her wedding. Well Kandi revealed the news today that her wedding show is a go and the release date will be announced soon.

Chal is serving the TEA! Hey y'all! It looks like Timbaland will be producing a new Jodeci album. Say what?? The 90s quartet are currently working on a new album. So what do you all feel about that? I'm all here for Timbo but I'm not sure about Jodeci as a group. Only time will tell. In other news..it was being reported that Diddy engaged to longtime girlfriend Cassie but turns out that was just a rumor. Diddy and Cassie have been together since 2007. Diddy did however buy Cassie a huge ring which started the speculation. Diddy and Cassie most recently collaborated on Cassie's mixtape Rockabye Baby released last year. Hey! I was excited for the two but something tells me that Diddy might end up marrying Cassie when its all said and done, unless another P.Y.T.(pretty young thing) catches his eye. I don't know though, seven years is a long time. So you never know.

Nicki Minaj has hooked up with Cassie for the new single The Boys. Its the first single from her upcoming album re-release Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded The Re-Up . The album will be available on November 21.  Speaking of new albums Rihanna is said to release a new album this Holidays. The album's first single is said to debut this Monday.  In other Rihanna news her most recent album Talk That Talk was recently certified Platinum here in the States. 

Kenny Lattimore who brought us such songs as For You (his signature song) and Never Too Busy is back with a new album Back 2 Cool in stores and online August 28. Kelly Price guests on the title track. His current single is titled Find A Way . Kenny Lattimore used to be married to singer Chante Moore. Together they released a string of duet albums on the Arista label nearly 10 years ago. Cassie created a little buzz for herself with the video for her single King Of Hearts . Now the singer is embarking on the release of a new EP Rock A Bye Baby . The EP is scheduled to hit by Summer's end.  Meanwhile Cassie is in the studio putting the finishing touches on her long awaited sophomore album featuring appearances from Ester Dean and will.i.am.  I never got the fuss over King Of Hearts . I feel like Cassie needs to stop while she's ahead but who am I to come between a girl and her career. 

I had been reading and reading and seeing a lot of things about this song and I heard it for the first time today. I also saw the visuals for the song for the first time today and to be honest Cassie could of kept this! Sorry! No I'm not sorry. This is awful! Next! I remember the huge buzz that Cassie had prior to releasing her self-titled debut album. It was totally unbelievable and at the time MySpace was the social network that everyone flocked to. My have things changed for both MySpace and Cassie. What little buzz Cassie did have quickly dissolved after a slew of live performances revealed what little grooming Cassie had. It was clear there were still things she needed to work on. Her obvious lip syncs on MTV's "TRL" only made matters worse. Still "Me & U" proved to be Cassie's one and only huge hit. Nowadays Cassie still models and drops songs every now and then. A new album has been in the works for ages and I believe she is still Diddy's boo thang!

As most of the time; this is my first time hearing of this magazine then again I'm no big magazine reader like that. I did read that the magazine is New York based and features many of the fashion trends of today. Cassie appears on the cover and I think she should devote her time if not all to modeling and forget the music. Sorry its not going anywhere. She had a little cult following at one point but she disappointed fans with several less than stellar performances.
