Azealia Banks did an interview with XXL magazine and she spoke on her upcoming collaboration(song: "Ain't Know" from Banks' upcoming album, "Fantasea II: The Second Wave due in August or September) with Nicki Minaj's ex, Safaree Samuels. She said her decision to work with Safaree wasn't because of an alleged rivalry between her and Minaj but "industry shit" as Banks calls it. Banks later said that she wrote Safaree's verse on their collaboration and its "hot". Once the interview started making the rounds on Twitter, a Nicki Minaj fan retweeted an excerpt of the interview where Azealia revealed she wrote Safaree's verse. There was a screen shot of Nicki Minaj liking the retweet on her personal Twitter page which Safaree obviously got wind of and that's how the drama started. This weekend is the BET awards(airing Sunday June 25 on BET) so there are a lot of festivities commemorating the telecast this week. DJ Khaled held a party at his mansion and Safaree was in attendance and upon leaving(I assume) he was greeted by Meek Mill exiting a SUV and being run up upon by some goons likely associated with Meek Mill. The video of the melee quickly made the rounds on all the blogs. Meek Mill responded on social media insisting that he was in the studio complete with pictures and the like. But upon closer inspection, Meek Mill was present during the melee once more footage of the video surfaced. What problem could Meek Mill possibly have with Safaree? Hmmm...could it be one Nicki Minaj? I don't EVER recall Safaree bad mouthing Meek Mill in the press unless I missed something. Nicki Minaj fans erupt Rah Digga of Flipmode Squad fame upset Nicki Minaj fans today when she shaded Nicki Minaj on Twitter. One fan said that Nicki would wash Rah to which Rah replied "with her lyrics or  Safaree's?". Safaree Samuels, Nicki Minaj's ex has long been rumored to have penned some of Nicki's biggest hits. He's even claimed this as well after their breakup and Nicki herself has always denied this. What Rah said was something that Azealia Banks actually said yesterday on Twitter. She just worded it slightly different. Azealia was called out for working with Safaree and hating on Nicki. Azealia said she likes Nicki's songs but the ones Safaree wrote. This is pretty similar to what Rah said so naturally Nicki Minaj fans are in an uproar. Azealia back in the studio Azealia Banks previewed a new untitled song today via her social media which features Safaree, ex-boyfriend of Nicki Minaj. While he wasn't heard on the track exclusively, his exact involvement in the song remains unknown. Azealia simply tagged him in the video. Just a day ago Azealia revealed that she was going to be in the studio with a mystery person. Well it turns out Safaree is the person. On the cusp of Azealia Banks ranting and raving about Zayn stealing her style, Disney star, Skai Jackson interceded in the feud with a comment of her own about Azealia. That comment prompted a Twitter exchange between Azealia Banks and the 14 year old Skai Jackson with many rooting Jackson on for reading Azealia her rights! Many felt that Azealia was out of line for arguing with a 14 year old but Skai was just as wrong for going back and forth with an adult, no matter how ignorant she may of been behaving, maybe one little read would of been good, but she shouldn't have gone back and forth. I'll call this blog entry, the "Fight Club Edition" as all the stories are primarily about fights that have taken place on social media today. First I'll start with Nicki Minaj since I'm using her "Anaconda" album cover. Nicki had some choice words for an unnamed person on Twitter with many assuming she's talking about ex, Safaree Samuels. Nicki tweeted that "poorting" gets upset seeing her happy or something to that effect. Safaree caught the shade and clapped back allegedly that Nicki relies too heavily on Percocets, a narcotic used to treat severe pain. Ouch! Nicki Minaj was seen last night during the American Music Awards throwing major shade towards Jennifer Lopez as she danced to Minaj's hit single, "Anaconda". The first clip of the new season of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" has debuted. In the clip, Ray J is seen arguing with his on again-off again girlfriend Princess Love. The new season begins on September 7. Will you be watching? Well did you hear Nicki Minaj's ex, Safaree Samuels has put out a diss record aimed at Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj. Safaree claims that he co-wrote Nicki Minaj's most recent album, "The Pink Print". Nicki addressed these claims at a her concert saying it was untrue. He went on to say that his piece was bigger than Meek Mill's. How he know? And that Meek is struggling to go Platinum. I personally think Safaree should give this whole Nicki Minaj mess a break. We all know Beyonce steals songs and ideas by now. "Orange Is The New Black" season 3 has been released and early word on the new season is that it sucks. Have you watched?

K. Michelle says she's not dating Safaree, ex boyfriend of Nicki Minaj. The rumors have intensified based on the constant interaction between the two via social media. Safaree sent K. flowers and she posted it on Instagram. There were several other examples but I've had a brain freeze. But like K. said she's not dating Safaree. Can't say I blame her.
