Rick Ross was put on blast by his baby mother via social media making several accusations towards the rap superstar. In her social media rant, she alleges that Ross didn't call his son for his birthday but was quick to call her when he learned of her appearing on the upcoming season of "Love & Hip Hop Miami"(airing in January on VH1). She also called out Ross for being infatuated with Birdman's feud with Lil' Wayne suggesting he find more important things to do with his time like call his son. Unfortunately children don't ask to be born and many times they're caught in the middle of the drama between parents when they're no longer together and have a falling out. A week or so ago, Joseline Hernandez(of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta") went on a social media rant towards executive producer of the show, Mona Scott Young. Joseline alleges that Young along with VH1 owes her $150,000. She called out the producers(mostly Young) over how they make the cast of the show fight as well as a barrage of other claims that Joseline made(that I can't remember now since this was a few days ago). It was reported that Joseline quit "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" over money and in the trailer for tomorrow's reunion special, Joseline is seen exiting the reunion set refusing to take part in the show. So Trina posted a picture on her Instagram with Ariane(who is one of the cast members of "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta"). Ariane is not a regular cast member but a "friend of" who makes occasional guest spots on the show. Well once K. Michelle saw the picture of Trina and Ariane, she warned Trina to watch out for Ariane. K. Michelle is referring to when Ariane said that K. Michelle left her standing outside with no ride. This was seen in the last season of the show and K. Michelle disputed the claims and has been upset ever since. Meanwhile Trina's new album is slated to be released next month. She is shooting a video for her new single featuring K. I was on Twitter earlier and I was reading that the long awaited and rumored duet album between Jay Z and Beyoncé is nearing completion. Reportedly the album is said to be dropping very soon and their currently in Hawaii laying down the finishing touches. Are you all ready for the new duet album between Jay and Bey? I want to first start by saying prayers go out to the families, friends, and loved ones who lost someone due to the Orlando club shooting. It is a very sad and unfortunate event. Now on to some music news, Lil' Wayne suffered a seizure during a flight and had to have an emergency landing. Lil' Wayne tweeted from his Twitter account informing fans "thanks for the prayers". VH1 has revealed that they will honor Queen Latifah and Missy Elliott for this year's "Hip Hop Honors". The telecast this year will honor women in Hip Hop. No offense to Queen Latifah and Missy Elliott but they already have numerous accolades and awards. I'm not sitting here saying they are not deserving of this honor either. I just feel like female rappers like Da Brat, Lil' Kim, Foxy Brown, and Trina deserve to be honored as well. I'm interested in seeing who else they decide to honor.
