It seems prior to Trey Songz releasing his newest album, "Tremaine" he's been embroiled in some pretty high profile celebrity feuds. Now whether or not these feuds are simply for publicity purposes or not, you will have to decide. I have decided to profile some of the feuds Trey has had publicly in the last few months or so because boy has it been a few. Remember when Trey got arrested while performing in Detroit? Well he later pleaded no contest but to be honest with you all I don't remember what he got arrested for. Do you? And we can't forget his feud with obnoxious actress, Keke Palmer. Mariah Carey was spotted out and about with rapper YG(song; "Why You Hatin") and DJ Khaled. Reportedly Mariah just reported a new breakup anthem. "Damn" Trina! Trina posted a live video to her Facebook account on the set of her new video "Damn". The video will serve as the first single and video from her upcoming album. Trina said the song will be released on January 6 and it features Canadian singer Tory Lanez who was also present in the live video. The live video was from a club in Philly where Tory is currently touring at. No word on when Trina's new album will start but I am happy that Trina is moving right along and putting out her long awaited follow up to "Amazin" which was released back in 2010 believe it or not.  Rihanna's new single, "Love On The Brain" has just reached the top 20 on the Pop chart and it sets a new record for Rihanna. The Billboard Awards are going on as I type this. With that being said, I will give a brief recap of what has occurred so far. The award show, hosted by Ciara and Ludacris opened with a performance from Britney Spears. She performed a medley of her hits including "Toxic" and "I'm a Slave 4 U". The Weeknd won for Hot 100 Artist. Wiz Khalifa won for his "Furious 7" song, can't remember the name of it. Fifth Harmony performed, "Work From Home". Meghan Trainor performed, "No". Oh yeah, Justin Beiber also performed. :( Nick Jonas performed and Shawn Mendes. Presenters included DJ Khaled, Kelly Rowland, Keke Palmer, Heidi Klum, Michael Strahan, etc. At this point I'm pretty much just waiting on the Prince tribute. Any news is better than no news. UNDER ARREST: I woke up this morning to news that Ray J had been arrested. For what exactly? Well it turns out that he got into it with the Beverly Hills police and spit on them. Ray J was partying it up in the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and started acting a plum fool when he was told to leave. Apparently when asked to leave he didn't wanna leave and the nigga in Ray J came out and police were called. The rest of the story went downhill from there. Poor Ray J. I'm wondering where the VH1 cameras present while this went down since Ray J is supposed to be on Love & Hip Hop L.A. Oh they say a girl was present with Ray J but she was unknown. Any news is good news. Greetings on this Monday night. Happy Easter to those who observe the Holiday. I have been away for awhile but I am back with the latest music news updates. I'll start things off with Future who has his own record Honest coming out soon. It was mentioned awhile back that Future did a demo to Beyonce's Drunk In Love song. The song, Good Morning leaked out but will not be publicly released has caused many questions wondering how much of a role did Future play in Beyonce's latest hit. There's been the insinuation that Beyonce stole the song from Futue but when asked, Future said no such thing happened. We all know Beyonce has a history of not being the most original artist and it has in turn caused her a little controversy over the years. Music news....TLC biopic is going into production next month. Starring as Left Eye is the previously mentioned Lil' Mama. Joining Lil' Mama is Keke Palmer as Chili and Drew Sidora(guest starred on The Game) will play T-Boz. Tyga has pushed back the release of his new album Hotel California to April 9. The reasoning behind the pushback stems from clearance issues.
