Cardi B. is having the best week ever as her single, "Bodak Yellow" has FINALLY hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. "Bodak Yellow" is the first solo single from a female rapper to top the chart since 1998 when Lauryn Hill released "Doo Wop(That Thing)". Cardi has received congratulations from everyone from Missy Elliott to singer Taylor Swift(who sent the rapper flowers for her achievements). I would definitely say "Bodak Yellow" is the song of the Summer. Congrats to Cardi B. Now that Cardi has hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, people will be waiting to hear what Cardi has in store for us next musically. She was slated to drop an album in October but its since been pushed back to an unspecified date. I really think Atlantic needs to strike while the iron is hot! Blige & Kendu Issacs - Mary J. Blige shocked everyone when it was announced that she was divorcing her husband/manager of 13 years. It's been pretty hush hush as to the extent of the divorce but Issacs was questioned about the divorce on social media. Trina has new video Trina keeps busy even when she's not touring the world. The rapper just released a visual to her newest single, "Overnight". The song features Trina rapping about the ups and downs she's experienced as a rapper and in her personal life. Trina has been working on her sixth album, rumored to be titled, "6" and last I heard, it was supposed to be released this Summer. Any news is good news. Greetings on this rainy night(at least where I'm at anyway). It looks like things are heating up for the production of VH1's Love & Hip Hop L.A . Apparently The Game has been axed in favor of Ray J who is currently shooting scenes with girlfriend, Teairra Mari. As for The Game, the rapper has been in a battle with rapper 40 Glocc and his ex-girlfriend Tiffeny on Twitter and throughout. The Game was also arrested last week for some dumbness. However there seems to be a new season of Marrying The Game in production which seems pretty pointless to me. The Game ain't selling many records these days so a check is a check so I get it. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Tamar Braxton‘s husband, songwriter and producer Vincent Herbert, was recently slapped with a federal tax lien for more than $3 million! According to court records obtained by Radar, the IRS has ordered the Braxton Family Values star to pay up to the tune of $3,325,107.70. For the tax period ending in 2010, they claim, he failed to pay $66,315.30 to the IRS. The next year, he skipped payment on a whopping $2,267,845.97.
