If you've heard Nicki Minaj's "No Frauds" song, Nicki recites a line about "Rah took you to her doc, but you don't look like Rah". Rah Ali is a former friend of Remy Ma and they appeared on the "Love & Hip Hop New York". The two had a minor falling out on the show and apparently the fallout has went beyond the reality TV realm. Nicki Minaj recently posted a picture with Rah Ali and Rah was quick to defend the picture citing that she wasn't pictured with Nicki to get back at Remy. A video was serviced for the single awhile back but the video never made it to my blog, only because I only post videos from YouTube or VeVo or Worldstarhiphop. And speaking of new albums J-Lo's new album is shaping up to be quite the collaborative effort. The diva recently released the guest list of artists on her new album including Maxwell, Wiz Khalifa, Robin Thicke, Future, Chris Brown, and Tyga. Wow! Sounds like quite the lineup. Due to mismanaging of her money, she sued some of her former accountants and handlers. Now the singer is more hands on when it comes to the managing of her money and assures that she won't be going broke again! While we're on the subject of Beyonce, her former Destiny's Child band mate LeToya Luckett has gone indie and signed with eOne Records. The singer's first two solo albums were released through Capitol Records. eOne seems to be the indie record label to be on. It seems like virtually every other R&B artists is signed to eOne from Ashanti to Donell Jones to Vivian Green to now LeToya Luckett. What do you all think about LeToya being indie now?? I personally think some artists are better suited on a major label like Faith Evans but at the end of the day, the artist has to do what is best for them.

R&B singer LeToya Luckett is plotting her third studio album after dropping two solo gems. The former Destiny’s Child member says this time around she plans to try something “Different,” while maintaining her storytelling vibe. “I am so excited about the new album. Of course it’s going to be R&B; I gotta stay true to my fans. But I want to try some different stuff,” Luckett told Essence.com. “I’ve grown from the last album. So, I’m definitely gonna tell my story as I always do. But I’m going to try some different stuff: more live instruments, some soulful stuff, and more uptempos on this album.” Outside of music, Luckett has been keeping busy, starring in the film "The Preacher’s Kid" and securing a recurring role on HBO’s hit show, "Treme." She will also appear in the upcoming drama, "From the Rough," her biggest role to date. Docu-Series is by no means a new thing as MTV used to air a host of them throughout the years. I can't say I've seen many in existence lately but I feel they are coming back. The majority of LeToya's debut solo album leaked prior to its release. In order to keep some of the music fresh; LeToya and camp changed song titles and even changed song lyrics. First single; "Torn" went to #1 and showed everyone that LeToya was a force to be reckoned with. Though she missed the mark with her second single; "She Don't"; LeToya's album went platinum. There is a lot of great music here such as "So Special" and "Obvious" which is a personal favorite of mine and which should of been a single.
