Apologetic Azealia I know we all are tired of hearing about Azealia Banks especially when it has nothing to do with music. But after all the drama, it seems as if Azealia is taking a step in the right direction. A few days ago the controversial rapper shared a letter she penned to Zayk Malik of One Direction fame. Months ago Azealia went on a big rant towards the singer when Azealia mistook something he said to be towards her. It seems like that always happens with Azealia but its good she is moving forward and being positive. Now whether or not Zayk has accepted the apology is unknown. Any news is good news.  Hey y'all! Earlier tonight(Saturday) I had the pleasure of getting free tickets to check out a popular comedian. I won't say his name though I'm sure he wouldn't care if I did but I'll spare him. Anyway during his stage act, he gave the audience some tea on some of the guys in the industry who are umm 'gay'. He spoke on how a lot of Hollywood is gay which I think we're all aware of. He mentioned Ne-Yo and how he is always twirling which is very true. Ne-Yo has been dogged by gay rumors since the beginning of his career and the rumors live on. See it doesn't matter how many kids you have or how many women you bed. Once people believe that your gay there's really nothing you can do to change that even if you are not gay. Another name that was mentioned which I heard about before was Jaheim. New R&B chart debuts this week! Tamar Braxton debuts at #2 with 114K copies sold of her second album Love & Wa r. John Legend debuts at #4 with 68K for his new album Love In The Future . Jaheim comes in at #6 with 58K for his album Appreciation Day . It was recently announced that the next single from his album is Baby X3 . Congrats to all the R&B acts for their debuts this week! Tuesday saw the release of several R&B albums that are set to storm the charts next week. First up is Republic Records sensation Ariane Grande whose debut album Yours Truly is set to debut at #1 with 150K. Next up will be Tamar Braxton with her album Love & War with 105-110K units, John Legend( Love In The Future ) with 50-55K, and Jaheim( Appreciation Day ) with 40-45K units. These estimated sales are all courtesy of HITS Daily Double which tracks the record releases. These numbers are subject to change by week's end. Congrats to everyone though. The soon to be married Brandy is keeping herself busy by collaborating with Jessie J but also Chris Brown. Chris Brown confirmed the collaboration via Twitter. Chris and Brandy previously collaborated on Put It Down from Brandy's album Two Eleven . Look for the collaboration to appear on Chris Brown's new album X. Lots of new today! I will start by saying "Congratulations" to Robin Thicke! His sixth album Blurred Lines debuts at #1 this week. The album sold 177K copies which exceeded expectations. It is first #1 album in his ten year career. The title track sold 400,000 digital copies this week and the song has been #1 in 102 countries. Way to go Robin! I don't think its the biggest surprise anymore when we read that someone famous has been arrested. I think the surprise or curiosity comes from what crime has been committed. The whole speeding and possession charges on a celebrity are certainly nothing new. Jaheim is just the latest artist in a long line of artists to get arrested for the aforementioned charges. Hello everyone! Whitney Houston has been pretty quiet here in the states. She's been putting in a lot of work overseas and she continues to.
