Their perspective albums, "ANTI" and "Views" have both been certified double Platinum for sales and streams totaling 2 million. Congrats to both! In other music news, Chaka Khan and her sister have both checked into rehab for addiction to prescription pain medication. Sources say Chaka was touched by friend Princes' death and his addiction to pain medication that she prompted to get clean. Good luck Chaka! You are in our prayers! It's funny because Chaka has a history of drug and alcohol abuse over the years. It hasn't seemed to affect her voice though, I will say that. WRATH OF KHAN: Chaka Khan appeared on Wendy Friday July 19 and she revealed that she just undergone a stint in rehab. The famed singer revealed she's had a battle with drugs over the years and this was her second time in rehab. During her rehab Chaka was roomies with Lindsay Lohan. BOXING TINY: Floyd Mayweather has proven to be one messy fellow. The controversial boxer revealed that he had sexual relations with Tiny, T.I.'s estranged wife. If you recall the two were hanging out and Tiny posted a picture which prompted a fight between T.I. and Floyd in Las Vegas. Now Floyd is backtracking on the statement he made regarding smashing Tiny. Whether it happened or not I feel that Floyd is simply just taunting T.I. because he know its easy to get a reaction out of him. Like we all know T.I. doesn't mind going back to jail. Hell he's been so many times before. 

Stronger Than Before Eye To Eye Caught In The Act Hold Her La Flamme Chinatown "I Feel For You" is one of the first albums I truly remember as a child since my Mother played it nonstop. I would eventually get my own copy a few years back. Hands down this album is a true 80s gem front to back. The title track is a Prince remake. The singles here included "Through The Fire" sampled by Kanye West on "Through The Wire".

Chaka Khan's "I Feel For You" is one of my favorite albums of all time. I realized this maybe a few years ago. This was an album I grew up on mainly because my mother owned it. I liked it then and I've obviously come to love it now. The sound on the album is very dated because at the time it was released; 1984 R&B was very high tech and Chaka was simply keeping up with the times. The music here is excellent and the production superb. This is how albums used to be; 10 songs or less. You see that coming back now in more recent album and it is a bit disturbing for some who want more bang for their buck. The less is more approach works to fine effect here. Chaka is good for singing in such a high pitch and often her pronunciation of certain words leaves me baffled and scrambling for the music lyrics sites. Like the album spotlight, there will also be the Throwback Album. The Throwback Album will showcase an older album. One, that is at least 10 years old and considered a classic(in my eyes or by most people). Chaka Khan's "I Feel For You" is one of my favorite albums of all time. It is an album that I grew up on as a child. It was an album I heard many a days while growing up. I liked the album as a child and would love it even more as I got older. What I like most about this album besides Chaka's extraordinary voice is the strong material present here. Though the material is very dated it was a very risky album for Chaka and it shows where music was and where it was going in 1984(the year I was born). The album yielded a few hits including the title track, "Through The Fire"; which was later sampled by Kanye West on "Through The Wire".
