Timbaland settled with composer David Cortopassi, the original writer of the song “Spazz,” which was originally recorded by The Elastik Band. The track, which was originally released through ATCO/Atlantic in 1967, had become a cult classic after being banned and labeled one of the most “tasteless” records ever made.
