Chris Brown is still working diligently to get his new album X out before he possibly hits the slammer again. This time Chris has logged in studio time with Justin Beiber and Akon. By now Chris has likely recorded roughly a 100 songs for his new album. When will we get to hear it in full is anyone's guess. Day 26 is back! Their new recording(I say this because I'm not sure if its an album or EP) The Return will be available on June 26. The lead single is titled Bullshit. I'm not sure what label the group is on. At this point though does anyone really care? I mean I think Day 26 is a talented group of guys but I think more people are excited about Danity Kane's return than Day 26. Just being honest! 

Silly me, typed up this blog post and forgot to post it. So its a day or so old but better late than never! So here we go...Toni Braxton and Babyface will release their new single Where Did We Go Wrong? on iTunes on December 17. It is the second single to be lifted from their upcoming album Love, Marriage & Divorce due this February. The duo will perform a live concert to air on TvOne on February 8. Speaking of groups...members of group Day 26 have reunited. The Bad Boy formed group released two albums on the Bad Boy label and are back together! The group will appear on 106 & Park next month to promote their reunion tour. First there was Danity Kane and now its Day 26. Hey! I'm all for groups reuniting. Its good that groups can put aside their differences and get back together and make music for the fans.

If Danity Kane reuniting wasn't enough another famed Bad Boy group is back together, Day 26. The members are back in the studio and working on a new album. Whether or not the group is still recording for Atlantic Records is another story. As more details emerge regarding Day 26 and their return I will let you know. I think its good when groups reunite even if its just for a show or to do another album. It lets you know that everyone has grown or are willing to put differences aside. There's power in numbers! Speaking of groups two members of a group; past and present came together for a recent video shoot. In the video for Michelle Williams' If We Had Your Eyes, LeToya Luckett makes an appearance as one of the wayward girls Michelle sings about. Swizz Beats has revealed that his wife Alicia Keys has a song with Babyface on her upcoming untitled album. He was careful not to divulge too much info but that's something listeners can look forward to. Alicia Keys leaked out a single New Day a few weeks ago.  Willie Taylor formerly of the group Day 26 originally spearheaded by Diddy has broken up. The group had been signed to Bad Boy and later Bad Boy/Atlantic. When Bad Boy jumped ship to Interscope Records; Atlantic Records decided to keep Day 26. The group had a new album in the works and a supporting single and a video. Sadly I can't remember it and I don't think anyone else did. Now Willie Taylor is pursuing with a solo career(as expected) with The Reintroduction of Willie Taylor . He has since released the single Instagram Ya Body . Like Facebook, Twitter, and countless other social networking sites we can expect to hear Instagram getting name dropped in many songs in the future.

Day26 is back with a new video and single; "Made Love Lately". It's from their upcoming album; "A New Day" coming soon. I just read that the group just appeared on "106 & Park". We all know Day26 from MTV's "Making The Band". The group is no longer affiliated with the Bad Boy label. They were one of the acts that Atlantic[Records] wanted to keep when Bad Boy jumped ship from the label.

I was just inquiring what happened to Day 26 and a few days later; a new song surfaces and a preview of an upcoming Webseries. The group returns sans former member Q; who had a public falling out with the group and who once dated Dawn Richard of Danity Kane and Dirty Money fame. They are back! Dru Hill who debuted on the scene over 10 years ago returns with their latest single/video and upcoming album, 'Indrupendence Day' which will be in stores soon. The new Dru Hill album and reality show have been in the works for a few years actually. Over the years Sisqo had a solo career and starred in a couple of other reality shows. The other member attempted to jump start solo careers or work behind the scenes. After the steamy video clip of Day 26's, "So Good", I came up with the idea of listing a few well-known and not so well-known songs that features the title 'good' in it. Of course they are tons and tons of songs but these are some of the first few songs that popped up in my head.
