The two have been at odds for the last week or so and the most bizarre things have been happening since the tour tour. Drake called Meek Mill a "pussy" while in Philly, Meek Mill's hometown. I guess it looks like these two won't be making up anytime soon. Drake is obviously feeling himself and with good reason. I was on Twitter earlier and I was reading that the long awaited and rumored duet album between Jay Z and Beyoncé is nearing completion. Reportedly the album is said to be dropping very soon and their currently in Hawaii laying down the finishing touches. Are you all ready for the new duet album between Jay and Bey? I'm sure we'll get that album before we get Frank Ocean's. And Bow Wow says he's putting out one more album and it will be executive produced by Snoop, who discovered Bow Wow. Hey all! I'm calling this blog post the "The Beef Edition" since both stories concentrate on rumored beef and beef that has been brewing for awhile now. Yesterday Fat Joe and Remy Ma released the remix to their hit single, "All The Way Up" with a feature from Jay Z and newly recorded verses from Fat Joe and Remy Ma. Immediately after the song dropped Twitter was on fire for two reasons; the first being Jay-Z alluding to Beyoncé's "Lemonade" album but also some clever wordplay. Secondly many people felt that Remy took a few shots at Nicki on her verse. People were saying they felt like Remy was getting back at Nicki for a jab she threw years earlier. "Lemonade" is on track to sale 600 thousand copies in its full first week which will give it the coveted #1 spot on Billboard. As expected Beyoncé debuted her album film, "Lemonade" on HBO on Saturday and it immediately began trending on Twitter. The "Lemonade" movie which also serves as the title as Beyoncé's new album was inspired by the quote, "I was served lemons, but I made Lemonade" hence the title. The project revolves around Jay-Z's rumored infidelity which is told in equal parts songs and poetry. There is images of Beyoncé's own family including her Mother, Father, and daughter. There were special appearances from Zendaya and Serena Williams among others. Each song in the film is a song that appears on the album which appears in chronological order to the album sequence. Hey! I'll call this blog plot, "the beef edition" since all the news I'm reporting has to do with quarrels between lovers, former band mates, and rival rappers. The war is on between Tank and Tyrese. Formally the two singers were apart of the R&B trio TGT(Tyrese Ginuwine and Tank). Now the two singers are at odds over what Tank describes as Tyrese being greedy when it came to splitting money between the three men.
