Rita Ora has been labeled as one of the many new artists to watch in 2012 even though I don't see what the fuss is all about. A little of the fuss has to do with her being signed to Jay-Z's Roc Nation label. The singer who eerily resembles Rihanna releases her debut video which samples Biggie's "Party & Bullshit".

I kept wondering what it was about this post, that made it so successful; one word: JANET! The fact that Janet has new music on the way makes this post even more of a hot topic.
