Throwback Video: Toni Braxton Featuring Loon - Hit The Freeway

Though it was a really good album; for all intents and purposes; Toni Braxton's "More Than A Woman" album which was released in late 2002 is an album she likes to forget. It is due primarily to the fact that the album underperformed commercially but it did go Gold. It's actually her last successful album.

Anyway "Hit The Freeway" was the first single from "More" and it was produced by The Neptunes. The song didn't do well but its still a really good song.

Whatever happened to Loon you ask? Last I read and heard; he was a Muslim now. I believe there are some videos in existence of him in his Muslim getup. You'd have to check it out!

To this day I'm perplexed on how this tremendous song wasn't more successful.

Actually, that's good for me cuz this song still sounds fresh every time I play it. It's no doubt due to it not being overplayed or commercialized.
