Yesterday I posted the behind the scenes footage of Melanie Fiona's new video; "4 AM" and now here is the full length video. The single is racing up the R&B charts and the accompanying album; "The MF Life" will be in stores and online December 6.

Quick's Catch Up Interview

He finds Lil' Mama annoying. He wouldn't discuss how he designed his blog's banner. He was afraid I was going to take his idea. Not! He feels that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon marriage is "staged". Guess what? A lot of people do. Who am I talking about? One of my good friends in the blogging community is Quick. I like to refer to him as Quickster. I kept wondering what it was about this post, that made it so successful; one word: JANET! The fact that Janet has new music on the way makes this post even more of a hot topic. As its been said before, no one sings about sex quite like Janet Jackson. Her songs, ooze with the right amount of sexuality perfect for a night of steamy sex.
