There was a lot of hype surrounding this album upon its release and I didn't understand at the time. I didn't pay it much attention to a friend of mine told me how good it was. I finally gave it a chance and was pleasantly surprised. So was everyone else since "Confessions" to date has sold nearly 10 million copies in the US.

I kept wondering what it was about this post, that made it so successful; one word: JANET! The fact that Janet has new music on the way makes this post even more of a hot topic.
