Producer Spotlight: Kanye West

When Kanye West burst on to the scene with his solo album; "The College Dropout", he was pretty much already a big deal. He was an in house producer to Roc-A-Fella Records. Eventually through his productions for Jay-Z, he spread his wings and would create his own dynasty.

Kanye West would eventually begin producing for some of the biggest Hip-Hop artists around. It wasn't long before R&B artists started requesting his services as well. Controversial and outspoken, Kanye's productions remain a treat to hear. Drum loops, auto-tune, and soul samples are what Kanye West productions are made of.
