Album Spotlight: Trina - Diamond Princess

Trina established herself as the "Diamond Princess" and most notably "Da Baddest Bitch"(which was the name of her debut album). On "Diamond Princess" Trina continues with the raunch that made her debut gold certified. The songs are a little more structured and the guest artists are more well known and personal friends of Trina.

The first single; the naughty; "No Panties" is only a song that Trina could pull off. The song features former label mate Tweet. Ludacris joins Trina on "B R Right" which was produced by Kanye West before he became a big act. "Told Y'all" from the movie; "All About The Benjamins" got the video treatment and is featured here.

Trina pretty much makes it pretty clear what she wants from men; money and plenty of designer brands and if you don't give it to her; she will get it herself or find a man who is willing to give her those things. The album opens up with an interesting intro by comedienne Sommore which is quite comical and gives you a taste of what this album will be like.

This is a pretty decent rap album from a female and I absolutely love the cover and has always. Make sure you check this out as well as Trina's new album; "Amazin'" in stores now.
