Album Spotlight: Trey Songz - Trey Day

People were still sleeping on Trey Songz when he released "Trey Day". This is my favorite album of Trey's thus far. In my opinion it easily triumphs "Ready". The songs here are tastefully done as they are overtly sexual. The melodies are stronger and the beats are harder. The album was led off by the single; "Wonder Woman" in which Trey was rapping.

The real hit single from this album was "Can't Help But Wait". It had all the makings of being a crossover single and it was. A personal favorite of mine is "No Clothes On". "Grub On" written and produced by R. Kelly is another favorite. "Role Play" is very sexy. "Sex For Your Stereo" will get you in the mood. There is definitely a lot of sex here but its not tacky or overdone.

If you like "Ready" and want to backtrack into Trey's music; you should start with this album!
