Christina Aguilera Pushes Album Back to 2010!

Those who were expecting a new Christina Aguilera album this Fall is in for a disappointment. You will see the album is not being released in 2010. Christina Aguilera Pushes Album Back!
Despite rumours that Christina Aguilera's fourth studio album, tentatively titled "Light & Darkness, would be released around September/October, it's now been confirmed that the album isn't due until sometime in 2010.

Aggie has also spoken out some more about the albums "futuristic sound", which is a huge departure from the jazz heavy "Back 2 Basics".

"I kind of had an idea for a futuristic feel for many years now, but I also had that idea that I wanted to do a soul, blues and jazz record also." she says "But I knew I had to do that one first ... It's always been in the back of my mind to do a more futuristic sound. But I felt like it couldn't been a better time or place for me personally also as a new mom."
Kanye West Responds To His "King Of Pop" Statement!
I WAS JUST LISTENING TO WENDY WILLIAMS AND HEARD SOME QUOTE ABOUT ME SAYING I'M THE NEW KING OF POP. NOT ONLY DID I NOT SAY THAT, I HAVEN'T SAID ANYTHING. IT MAKES ME FEEL BAD THAT OBVIOUSLY I MADE PEOPLE FEEL THAT I WOULD BE CORNY ENOUGH TO SAY SOMETHING SO WHACK AFTER THE PASSING OF AN IDOL, A LEGEND AND MORE THAN THAT A HUMAN BEING WITH FEELINGS AND FAMILY. IT SCARES ME TO THINK WHAT PEOPLE WILL BELIEVE, WITHOUT EVEN A SOURCE. ANY RANDOM PERSON CAN TYPE SOMETHING ON THE INTERNET AND THEN THE WORLD BELIEVES IT. I DON'T TALK TO PRESS OR DO TV OR DO PROMOTIONS OF ANY SORT. I'VE STOPPED CHASING AND BUYING INTO FAME. FAME IS LIKE CIGARETTES WITH NO SURGEON GENERAL WARNING. IT DESTROYS MOST PEOPLE AS IT DID TO THE TRUE AND ONLY KING OF POP. WE EXPLOIT OURSELVES AND EAT OUR OWN EGOS 'TILL THERE IS NOTHING LEFT. I HAVE A FEELING THAT THIS WON'T BE THE LAST FALSE STATEMENT WITH MY NAME ON IT, BUT THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I DEFEND MYSELF. I'M DONE.
Well I am glad to learn that this story was not true but it was believable in the sense that Kanye is known to say outrageous things like this anyway. And this definitely won't be the last time Kanye addresses a rumor.

Mario Changes Album Title!
According to Mario's official website, his new album "And Then There Was Me" has now been renamed to "D.N.A.".

In other news, his new single "Break Up" has really started to take off on the charts, currently sitting at #35 on the Hot 100, #3 on the R&B/Hip-Hop singles chart, and #1 on BET's 106 & Park countdown.

"D.N.A." hits stores September 22nd, and will feature production from Darkchild, Babyface, The-Dream & Tricky, Stargate, RedOne, Polow Da Don, and The Runners.
I was just thinking about Mario last night and when exactly was this album coming out especially having the huge hit he has right now. I wouldn't be surprised if J Records fucks it up.
