The Beginning Of The End

Not many artists let alone rappers can conjure up such controversy or even debate like Jay-Z. Jay-Z's latest tune, "D.O.A."(Death Of Auto-tune) has been making quite a bit of noise online and it serves as the proper buzz single for Jay-Z's long awaited, "Blueprint 3" album. While I have heard the song but not in full, I have heard mentions of the song at work and on TV shows such as "106 & Park".

Apparently the song disses and takes aims at rappers(artists) who uses the auto-tune popularized by T-Pain. Kanye West, who surprisingly produced the song is also guilty of the auto-tune use for his "808s & Heartbreak" album. Diddy is said to use the device for his new album, "Last Train To Paris" and is apparently upset by the song.

My main reason for this posting is how this one song has the industry and everyone in such an uproar. Leave it up to Jay-Z to have other artists switching it up and challenging themselves musically. Of course all this talk comes on the heels of Jay-Z recently signing to Epic Records to release his "Blueprint 3" album. Do you think Jay-Z can do it again?

I kept wondering what it was about this post, that made it so successful; one word: JANET! The fact that Janet has new music on the way makes this post even more of a hot topic. As its been said before, no one sings about sex quite like Janet Jackson. Her songs, ooze with the right amount of sexuality perfect for a night of steamy sex.
