'Hit By Love' takes a look at Black celebrity relationships. Some of these relationships are still in existence while other are simply distant memories. It doesn't hurt to look back and think about what could of been, should of been, and would of been.

Perhaps things were too perfect in this Hip-Hop fairytale. After several years of marriage and children, these two were splits ville. It had been revealed later on through Pepa's own autobiography that Treach was abusive. Who would of thought?

The infamous West Coast vs East Coast rap war was in full effect when these lovebirds were together. It was revealed down the road that the two were briefly married. Foxy's increasingly bizarre and troubled behavior may of played of part in deterioration of this relationship. For those who don't know Foxy has Kurupt's government name, Ricky tattooed on her back.

At one time Whitney and Bobby were like the Bonnie & Clyde of Hip-Hop. Wherever these two went headlines would follow. Who could forget their unforgettable interview with Diane Sawyer and Bobby's own Bravo show, "Being Bobby Brown".

These two superstars are making a name for themselves not only as rivals to their respective peers but also as the new Ike & Tina Turner. After Chris Brown allegedly struck Rihanna and allegedly took him back, one can only guess what the future holds for these two.

jay z and beyonce
Their romance was so secret that neither star would ever talk about it. They still don't and if they do it's very little information revealed. As for Beyonce she does become more and more open about the relationship. She is definitely more open than Jay-Z. Then again if you wanna know what Jay-Z feels you can hear him spit a few lines about B every now and then.

will smith and jada pinkett smith
These two superstars have been going strong for many years. Rumors of bisexuality and an open relationship have not put a damper on this classic romance straight out of a romance novel.

nick cannon and mariah carey
This romance shocked everyone. Never has Mariah been so open with a relationship til now. These two have been going strong a lot longer than anyone expected.

nas and kelis
Two of the most gifted artists in music hooked up in wedded holy matrimony a few years ago. Now they are expecting a baby very soon.

I kept wondering what it was about this post, that made it so successful; one word: JANET! The fact that Janet has new music on the way makes this post even more of a hot topic.
