Ludacris Unveils New Album Title!

Toni Braxton leads today's music news stories. Her long awaited album, "Pulse" is set to be released this November. Read on about that story and the latest on Whitney Houston and Ludacris.

Toni Braxton Talks New Album!
Toni Braxton is currently on tour in Jamaica, and during a recent press conference the R&B diva opened up about the new sound she's using on her sixth studio album "Pulse".

"For me this next album... My single comes out next month and we're keeping it a little younger" she revealed "I'm doing some dance things in there a little bit. Hopefully I can add some great collaborations with some Jamaican artists... We're gonna keep it a little young this time."

"We're gonna have the classic Toni's of course, as they call it the 'baby making music', but we're gonna do some dancehall things in there as well".
"Pulse" will be Toni Braxton's debut album on Atlantic Records. I usually like Toni Braxton's records. Actually there is not an album of hers I don't like. As far as female R&B artists go, Toni Braxton is actually pretty consistent.

Whitney Houston Pushes Up Album!
Whitney Houston has pushed up the release of her new album, "I Look To You" to August 31 instead of September 1. Now the album will be released on Monday not only to get an extra day of sales but also it just met the deadline for Grammy consideration. Go Whit!

Ludacris Preps New Album!
Ludacris is revealing his new album title and I’ve got it first!

The Grammy winner’s seventh major label album will be called Ludaversal, he exclusively tells Rap-Up.com. The follow-up to 2008’s Theater of the Mind is not titled Cineplex as widely reported.

Luda is less than pleased with the incorrect title that’s floating around the Net. “It must be the biggest rumor in the world because you’re like the fifth person who asked me about that,” Luda said at the TAG Signature Series event in West Hollywood on Tuesday. “It’s just really frustrating when somebody puts a rumor out and everyone goes with it.”

The Ludameister wants to make sure the false title doesn’t spread any further. “I never remotely said anything about something called Cineplex. Dead that shit,” he added. “It’s Ludaversal. That’s what comes after Battle of the Sexes.”

Ludaversal will have to wait until 2010, while Battle of the Sexes, his joint project with DTP femcee Shawnna, hits shelves by year’s end.
