The-Dream, Christina Milian Engaged!
According to S2S Magazine, Terius "The-Dream" Nash and Christina Milian are officially engaged to be married.The pair reportedly revealed the news to the magazine backstage at Keyshia Cole's "A Different Me" tour in Washington DC, with Keyshia also stating that she wanted to give the happy couple a shout out on stage but was waiting for them to break the news to the media. The loved up duo are set to celebrate their engagement party in The Bahamas, though no official date has been revealed yet.
Wow I think these two are moving way too fast and it really seems like the whole fucking for tracks things is believable as far as Christina Milian is concerned. I still like her though! lol

Sade Returns!
Sade Adu, the reclusive "quiet storm" soul signer who takes notoriously long breaks between releases, has regrouped with the band that bears her name and is recording her first album of new material since 2000's "Lovers Rock," Billboard.com sources confirm. The group is in the studio through June and Sony hopes to put the record out by the end of 2009 though, despite rumors, there is no set release date on the calendar. "She is in the studio and the album will come when it is ready," a source at Sony tells Billboard. "You don't wait for years for one and then rush it."
Sade is definitely long overdue for a new album. The rumors had been running rampant for awhile so it is nice to know a new album is coming together. I think Sade holds the record for longest breaks in between albums.
