Lil' Wayne is back with a new album; I Am Not A Human Being II which will be released on March 26. The album features the first single No Worries featuring Detail. Wayne recently released his newest single Love Me featuring Drake. Justin Timberlake is the newest performer added to this years Grammy Awards ceremony airing February 10. Justin joins previously announced performers Rihanna and Alicia Keys.

Drake is returning to the music scene with a new album; No New Friends due in the Spring. The album features the first single Started From The Bottom which will be released next month. I have quite a bit of music news to share with you all. I'll start things off with one of the first major releases this year; Tamar Braxton's Love & War which will be released on March 5. The album was originally slated to be released on February 12. Love & War(the album) marks Tamar's debut album on the Streamline/Interscope Records label. Tamar had previously released a solo debut in 2000 on the now defunct Dreamworks label. Tamar recently revealed that the song The One(which she performed at a showcase a few months back) will serve as her album's second single. Speaking of new albums Tyga will release his new album Hotel California on March 26. It's his second album to be released on the Young Money/Cash Money/Universal Republic label.

I gotta give it to Big Boi because he is promoting the hell out of his album. It's his newest release Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors in stores and online now! Big Boi recently reunited with Andre 3000 on Frank Ocean's Pink Matter Remix. I'm sure that is the closest we will get to an Outkast reunion anytime soon.

Here's something to cheer about! Justin Timberlake is back! The singer announced that he is readying new music. Word is that his new single will feature none other than Jay-Z. Timbaland; a frequent collaborator of Justin's is said to be producing the new music. Rumor is that Beyonce is featured on Justin's new single as well. This comes on the heels of Beyonce mentioning that she was working with Justin in GQ magazine. All I know is that 2013 is shaping to be a very interesting and quite possibly great year for music. Hot off the success of his debut solo single Bandz A Make Her Dance; Juicy J is forging ahead with his debut solo album. The untitled release will be housed through Columbia Records. The album is said to feature appearances by Chris Brown, Wiz Khalifa, Trey Songz, Young Jeezy, and Big Sean. Rick Ross has revealed his new album titled Mastermind. The new album is said to arrive later this year. Not much else is known about the album at presstime. Rick Ross' current album God Forgives I Don't was nominated for a Grammy.

It looks like there have been some shuffling around in single choices for Rihanna. Rihanna has chosen Right Now featuring David Guetta as the new single off her #1 album Unapologetic. It was previously reported that Rihanna was releasing Stay as her second single. Maxwell is back! After collaborating with Alicia Keys on her album on the track; Fire We Make; Maxwell is back with a new album Summers'. The album's release date is currently unknown. However the album's premiere single is titled Of All Kind.

Chrisette Michele has revealed that she will be releasing a new album on April 30. The album titled Better will be her first under the Motown label. Chrisette was previously signed to Def Jam where she released three albums. The media has never been kind to Fantasia but when you say certain things; they are bound to be taken out of context. That was the case for Fantasia when she made comments about gay marriage and marijuana use on her Instagram account. Once word spread about Fantasia's comments; fans were furious. Well Fantasia is now speaking out citing that her "manager is gay. her team is gay" and she's not against gay people! I'm glad Fantasia cleared all that up before things really got out of hand. After this though Fantasia says she is "done with media". Can't say I blame her but their not done with you!

Ashanti plans to release her new album Braveheart on February 26. The oft-delayed album was originally due to be released on January 29 and most of 2012. A new single is said to be released any day now. There is no word on what the new single might be. If Ashanti is smart(which I know she is) she will release the song Mine(She Can't). The song has proven to be pretty popular when Ashanti performs it during concerts. Kendrick Lamar will appear on the January 26 episode of SNL. The rapper had a successful year last year with the release of his album; good kid, m.A.A.d city and single; Swimming Pools(Drank). Common will release an EP later this month to coincide with the release of the movie LUV; which will be in limited release. The EP will be followed by his first ever mixtape in April. A new full length album is said to follow in September.

I Still Believe appears on Mariah Carey's #1s album released in 1998. The album featured...you guessed it Mariah's #1 hits from over the years. Interestingly enough I Still Believe was originally covered by Brenda K. Starr; who Mariah Carey sang background for.
