Congratulations are in order for Real Housewives Of Atlanta star; Kandi Burruss and her fiance Todd Tucker. The couple got engaged over New Year's Eve. Kandi made the public announcement via US Weekly.

Rumors of Kandi's impending engagement have been running rampant for quite awhile and now the rumors are true.
