lil' wayne suing baby for $51 million and missy elliott steals the show and mariah carey caught lipping

Hey ya'll! So here's some music updates for you all! MONEY MAN: So Lil' Wayne is now suing Baby "Birdman" for $51 million dollars. Not only is Lil' Wayne suing for an advance he was supposed to receive for The Carter V, his upcoming delayed album, he also wants royalties from sales of Young Money's roster, Drake and Nicki Minaj. I heard all this today while I was watching Wendy. This is just starting to get messier and messier. Hopefully this situation works out and everybody is happy in the end. But don't expect that anytime soon. Maybe we can expect some new music from Missy Elliott soon. The rapper brought the house down when she joined headliner Katy Perry during her Super Bowl Half-Time performance. Missy performed her hits, Get Your Freak On, Lose Control, and Work It. I enjoyed her set and it does beg the question, is Missy releasing new music soon? Because I think it would be a great idea if she does. Why not capitalize off of the performance? According to iTunes, Missy's aforementioned songs have seen an increase in sales on both the Hip Hop charts and the General Pop charts. So what do you think? Did you see Missy's performance and do you want new music from the singer? And Mariah Carey was caught lip syncing again? What else is new? I figure Mariah is just a perfectionist and she feels a live vocal won't be adequate so she instead chooses to lip sync. Being that she can't hit certain notes as effortlessly like she did in her heyday, she should try scaling down some of her higher notes and incorporating that into her new music and old music esp when performing live. See the thing about being in the studio is that you can do it over and over again until you get it right. What do you all think about Mariah's latest lip sync debacle? Haven't we heard it all before? Well you all enjoy the rest of your day. If I have some more news for you I might come back and post another update.
