Whitney Houston Biopic Directed By Angela Bassett

Any news is better than no news.
 Interesting news. Actress Angela Bassett will direct an upcoming biopic about the late great Whitney Houston. The biopic set to air on Lifetime in 2015 will chronicle the rise and fall of Whitney Houston, her rocky relationship with Bobby Brown, and her drug use. There is no word on who will be cast as Whitney. If you all recall Whitney starred alongside Angela Bassett in Waiting To Exhale back in 1997. I think its great that Angela is directing Whitney's biopic. Speaking of biopics Aaliyah's story is finally coming to the big screen very soon. I heard that an actress had been cast as the late great Aaliyah. I believe they will do a theatrical release of Aaliyah's biopic then again it could always be a made for TV movie which has been the big thing lately with biopics.
