Mariah Carey Reveals New Album Details

Greetings! It looks like Mariah Carey will be releasing a new album after all. She will release her new album a la Beyoncé and how she did with her secret release on iTunes. The difference here is that Mariah will announce the title, release date, and everything else. The new album will first appear on digital retailers(iTunes?) before being released physically the following week. Formerly titled The Art of Letting Go, the new album houses appearances from Jermaine Dupri, Jim Wright(worked with Janet), Rodney Jerkins, Hit-Boy, Mike Will Made It(worked with Wiz Khalifa), R. Kelly, and a special guest Mariah can't name. Mariah appears on the newest issue of Billboard magazine(I will try and post the cover once I find a suitable link). This is where she reveals the news of her new album and even touches on the last few singles that have failed. So with this announcement coming up, the Lambs(Mariah's fans) can finally breath a sigh of relief! Funny it was just last week when the Lambs attacked Jermaine Dupri on why Mariah hasn't dropped her album yet. It goes to show that sometimes you have to be patient. In a similar twist, Beyoncé's fans were in an uproar prior to her releasing Beyoncé. But Beyoncé silenced the fans and critics when she secretly released her album. With Mariah and Beyoncé being the latest artists to release albums unconventionally, who do you think will be the next artist to do such a thing? I guess we'll find out in the near future. Personally I wouldn't mind seeing Janet do something this. She has been working on new music for awhile reportedly and I think people are ready to hear new music from her.
