Mariah Carey, Usher To Release New Singles

Hello all! I just read that Mariah Carey will be releasing a new single on Valentine's Day, February 14. The new single will be the lead off single to the new Mariah Carey album due in April. Back in November Mariah premiered the song The Art of Letting Go. Due to the mixed response the plans to release the single were nixed. Rightfully so. I think The Art of Letting Go is a nic song but not for a single. I don't know what they were thinking with that. I wonder will Mariah still call her new album The Art of Letting Go? I guess we shall know soon enough.

While I'm on the subject of new singles, word is that Usher is said to be releasing new music as well. While on the red carpet of the premiere of the box office bomb Believe starring Justin Bieber, Usher said to expect new music from here at the top of this year. So there you have it! Be on the look out for new music from Usher. Speaking of which what do you think Usher will give us this time musically? It seems like the last few years he's been balancing between Europop and R&B. It did seem like he was moving more and more towards the Europop sound but only time will tell what Usher has up his musical sleeve. We will be waiting!
