Usher Sued Over Hit Song

Usher is being sued over his 2004 hit Caught Up. Caught Up appeared on his Confessions album. Three guys are claiming they wrote the song and played it for L.A. Reid. Flash to two years later, the song is on radio and its a hit! That's where the money is coming in! My thing is though why has it taken so long to file a lawsuit. Caught Up, the song was released almost 10 years ago. Either way someone is "caught up" and I'm sure Usher and his team will fight this!
