Lil' Wayne's health is still a hot topic on Twitter and beyond. I saw Rap-Up post a blog about Drake visiting Lil' Wayne in the hospital before they quickly snatched it down. Hmm wonder why?

One of Lil' Wayne's collaborators Chris Brown is keeping busy by recently filming a video for this new single Fine China. The single is the first from his upcoming album titled X. There is no release date for the new album, single or video.

Originally Chris Brown's new album was titled Carpe Diem. When Chris announced the new album title 80s R&B diva Karyn White had just released her album of the same name.
