Congratulations are in order for Trey Songz who scores his first #1 with Chapter V. The album sold 135,000 copies in its first week. 

The album features the hit singles Heart Attack, 2 Reasons F/T.I. and the newest single Hail Mary F/Lil' Wayne & Young Jeezy.
