Controversial rapper Tyler The Creator of Odd Future which also houses the act; Frank Ocean was apparently choked out by Gucci Mane's security. Moments later he reappeared dancing again before diving into the crowd. Simply he was just enjoying himself and the security obviously thought he was a crazed fan(which was sorta how he was acting).
