Throwback Video: Sparkle - It's A Fact

"It's A Fact" was the first single from Sparkle's second album; "Told Ya So" which to me was a swipe at R. Kelly. I remember R. Kelly speaking briefly on Sparkle or vice versa and R. Kelly stated that Sparkle wouldn't be anything without him; guess he was right. "It's A Fact" didn't do anything on the charts but the song and video are still very memorable. Sparkle pays homage to the 1992 film; "Basic Instinct" which stars Sharon Stone.

I read awhile back that Sparkle was recording an album called; "Split Decision" but I'm not sure what has become of it.
