The duo Daryl Hall & John Oates better known as Hall & Oates would fall under the category(to many) as Blue Eyed Soul; white artists who perform R&B music or captures that soul find in most R&B artists. Anyway you may not be familiar with the duo then again you might. Over the years their songs have been sampled from artists like Heavy D, Tamia(who remade this very song), and After 7(remember the group that had Babyface's brother).
