Rihanna's S&M Video Banned In 11 Countries

I saw the video and I don't think it's that serious, I mean really I've seen worse things. But whatever. I never really understand what constitutes a network to ban a video anyway. I mean most reasons they list for banning a video are usually pretty stupid anyway. Like when BET banned Ciara's "Ride" video, that was the dumbest thing ever.

It's not like this will hurt Rihanna by any means. This just makes people want to see the video even more. Read more about Rihanna's new racy video as well as stories on Eminem's wedding gift to Elton John and Juelz Santana's bout with drug charges.

She may be bad, but Rihanna's apparently a little too perfectly good at it. The singer's newfound "bad girl" image has recently gotten her into a bit of trouble, as a growing number of countries have banned her racy new video for her song "S&M," and two major media outlets are taking its content into serious consideration.

According to NME.com, the recently released video - which features simulated sex with a blow-up doll and Rihanna leading popular gossip blogger Perez Hilton around on a dog leash - has been banned in 11 different countries. In addition, the UK's BBC Radio 1 refuses to play the song before 7 PM due to its explicit lyrical content.

Yet "S&M" isn't just taking the heat from abroad. YouTube has flagged the video as inappropriate for viewers under the age of 18. MTV was reportedly considering re-editing the video for broadcast, although reps from the network have since gone on the record saying that the rumor was untrue.

Rihanna fired back via Twitter earlier today, saying that the video's content is no more controversial than that in the video to her 2007 single "Umbrella," which featured the singer nude in silver body paint. She has also posted the video in its original form on her website.
Eminem Sends Naughty Gift To Elton John
Sobriety may have forced Eminem to take a closer look at life, but he hasn’t lost his sense of humor. The hip-hop superstar gave his friend Elton John a raunchy gift for his civil union to his partner.

The rock legend, who helped the Detroit rapper beat his drug addiction, had a good laugh after receiving Em’s gift. “He’s got a great sense of humor. When David [Furnish] and I had our civil partnership, he sent us a present,” Elton tells Rolling Stone. “In a case, on velvet cushions, were two diamond cock rings. So there’s a homophobe for you [laughs].”

Sir Elton, who performed with Slim Shady at the 2001 Grammys, says the two share a special relationship and even call each other by naughty names. “We have such a laugh. We call each other cunts. I ask him how he’s doing and tell him how proud I am of him.”

The 63-year-old icon couldn’t be happier for the new and improved Em. “I love him. I don’t see much of Marshall, but we speak a lot. He’s really worked very hard as [sobriety], and it’s changed him so much. I just saw a picture of him in a magazine, and he looks like a 17-year-old boy. I’m so happy for him.”
Juelz Santana To Fight Drug Charges
Fresh off his drug and weapons arrest yesterday afternoon, Juelz Santana is out on bail and already talking about the incident. The Dipset rapper called into Hot 97’s Angie Martinez to clarify his legal situation and proclaim his innocence.

The 28-year-old MC, who was arrested after two fully-loaded 9mm handguns and 17 bags of marijuana were found in his New Jersey studio, confirmed that he was just released on $125,000 bail. “I’m a free man out on bail,” said the Harlemite. “I’m just doing my regular thing, I’m still me. It’s just an unfortunate situation, got caught up.”

Santana explained that there was some janky business on the police’s behalf. “They raided my studio, said things was going on. The charges was just kind of crazy,” he told Angie. “For one, I wasn’t even in my studio when they raided. They raided my studio, they found whatever they want to say they found, and they just put a bunch of charges on me.”

When he turned himself in, he was ready to be freed on bail, but the cops alleged that the snowstorm was to blame for his delayed release. “They had a warrant out for my arrest since last week,” he continued. “I had just turned myself in and I was supposed to be out right there because he had the bail money already on standby for whatever, but once I get in there, they’re like, ‘Oh, the computers is down because of the ice storms and all that.’ I’m like, ‘Wow.’”

Maintaining his innocence, Juelz assured listeners that he wasn’t going to take this lying down. “I’m definitely going to be fighting this, because like I said, they didn’t catch me with nothing. My studio is a place where a bunch of people come in and out. They put me out as selling dime bags of weed. That’s a joke!” he exclaimed. “I wasn’t even there. Never in the case of history would you find Juelz selling no dime bags of marijuana.”
