Rihanna Flips Out On Driver and Entourage!

Now that Rihanna is officially a superstar, let the diva behavior begin.

With all her recent candid interviews about the Chris Brown attack, Rihanna was beginning to look like genuinely dignified and even a little bit demure.

But she's clearly had a temper bubbling under the surface... and waiting for her driver just sent her over the edge.

The 21-year-old singer was waiting for a car to pick her up after leaving a VIP club in London via that back door.

After a three minute wait, however, Rihanna was already pacing.

A source told the Daily Star: "She was with a massive entourage and one was on the phone to the driver, asking where he was.

"Suddenly Rihanna started shouting in the face of this guy, saying: 'Where the f*** is my car?'. After another minute, she squawked: 'I mean it guys, you've now got 30 seconds to get me my car or someone is losing their employment. I f***ing mean it, 10 seconds and I get nasty.'"

Luckily the car arrived before any "nastiness", though the source added: "The driver was so panicked, he almost drove the wrong way down Piccadilly Circus."
Janet Jackson Signs To Interscope Records!
As we’ve been reporting for the last few months, Janet Jackson has been on the brink of inking a new deal with A&M Records – the label she began her career on. Well, according to the New York Daily Post, the deal was finalised with the Interscope-housed label last month.

Interestingly, the label – on which Janet saw the release of 2 of the biggest albums of her career ‘Control’ and ‘Rhythm Nation’ – always had plans to release a Janet greatest hits LP – so say our sources, yet have gone all out in the way of promotion and having Janet herself board, since signing her.

According to the newspaper, A&M/Interscope wants ‘Number Ones’ to remind people how great Janet is. There’s the hoping it’ll wet the public’s appetite for Janet and pave the way for her new music.

Particularly amped for Janet’s new album is A&M/Interscope executive Jimmy Iovine (who janet was snapped out with last month), who has has enlisted hitmaker Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins to oversee the album.

“Jimmy has given the mandate to make this Janet record a success,” reports the paper. “He believes that he has the right team in place to finally take Janet back to the top of the music charts. It’s a top priority for the label”

As at writing, the album as a pencilled-in release window of 2nd-quarter 2010.
I hope Janet is working with Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis as well. She can keep Rodney Jerkins; though he is responsible for her last hit, 'Feedback'. The songs he did on 'Discipline' were good. I just don't like his attitude.
