Mario finally unleashes the video to his R&B top 10 hit, "Break Up" featuring Gucci Mane and Sean Garrett. The song is easily one of my favorite songs right now and it took a minute to grow on me. Check it out!
Female rappers don't get their just due. They are often overlooked. Who is to blame? Female rappers? Fans? Critics? Record labels?
Over the years the presence of many female rappers have disappeared. Many have been reduced to releasing mixtapes, album guest appearances, and award show ceremonies. Female rappers like Trina and Nicki Minaj are keeping female rap alive.
While female rappers are often ignored, I'm paying tribute to the variety of women that have ever graced a mic in recent years. For the next few weeks videos, interviews, essays, polls, and more regarding female rappers will be included on the blog.

This week here at Cigna's Sights & Views have been all about female rappers; well not exactly but for the most part. You still get your daily music news fix and then some. 'In The Hot Seat' takes one female rapper and makes them the subject of a variety of facts, rumors, gossip, etc. This may not present the said female rapper in the best light but this is the entertain and enlighten.
