Single Cover! Ciara - Like A Surgeon

With "Fantasy Ride" under performing on the charts this week, Ciara is going to need a bagful of tricks to save this album. Next single, "Like A Surgeon" (which single cover is to the right)has been selected as the album's 3rd single. Now overtime I have read several different stories about her 3rd single. My friend says on the CD sticker it says "Keep Dancing" on me and I also read that "Tell Me What Your Name Is" is supposed to be a single. But who knows.
