Ciara may of not had the week's highest debut this week as expected but she did debut at #3 this week(read below). Ciara has been promoting the hell out of her, "Fantasy Ride" album so maybe the steam will pick up over time. Then again a lot of the music has been heard so long ago so its not exactly the freshest batch of music out right now.

Jay-Z, Ciara Tour Together!
Jay-Z and Ciara are planning a summer tour together, the former's representative has confirmed to Billboard.com."I will say it because the information has been leaked. Me and Jay-Z will be doing a 10-city tour run together! More details coming soon! [sic]" Ciara revealed on Twitter Monday night. The full itinerary has not yet been announced, but Jay-Z's rep did say it won't be a 10-city tour, although she wouldn't confirm if it was more shows or less.
Ashanti, Usher Honored!
Six former Boys & Girls Clubs members will be inducted into the group’s Alumni Hall of Fame Thursday at the Hyatt Regency Hotel ballroom in Atlanta. Inductees include Grammy Award-winning performers Ashanti and Usher, Cathy Hughes, founder of Radio and TV One, Tom Irwin, a former Minnesota Vikings players who is now a juvenile court judge in Tennessee, and J. Barry Griswell, the former chief executive of Principal Financial Group, who attended a club in metro Atlanta. Mike Tomlin, head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers, will be inducted but won’t attend.
Chrisette Michele Debuts At #1!
Chrisette Michele notches her first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 as her sophomore set "Epiphany" (Def Jam) debuts atop the list with 83,000. She edges out the seventh week of the "Hannah Montana: the Movie" soundtrack (No. 2 with 82,000) and the arrival of Ciara's third album "Fantasy Ride" (LaFace) at No. 3 with just under 81,000.
